NCanon here, Let me drop a little info on this. The m.o of many of these (((lawsuits))) are people who purchase land near a hog farm and then promptly start kvetching about the smellz. This is not a “new” hog farm that got built right in the middle of an established neighborhood, next to an elementary school. In fact, the state of NC issued a temporary moratorium on construction of new hog farms in 1997. It was further legislated in 2007, making it permanent. Meaning there hasn’t been a single newly built hog farm in North Carolina in over 20 years. The plaintiffs that brought the lawsuit are probably some yuppy fags who hated the blue state shithole they came from, so they move down to NC, hire the nearest ambulance chasing kike lawyer and promptly start suing everyone and everything in sight.
