Getting everyone to lift and become Jow Forums isn't possible though. Not everyone has that drive. I've been going to the gym for the better part of 10 years, but that was a habit that was instilled in me from the military. I've taken classical guitar lessons for about 8 years with a really good teacher. I taught myself to compose, and I use Guitar Pro to write out the scores for the other instruments.
I mostly just compose solo-compositions for guitar/piano though

I wish I was on this many layers of unemployed right now. You're not going to get enough people doing this to affect any sort of change. People have their own problems to deal with. Any plan that asserts that you're going to work 24/7 is not sustainable.
The only way for an addict to wake up is hitting rock bottom, and the only way for a society addicted to its own blind philanthropy to wake up is to hit the point where boom sticks are being used. This is the cycle of humanity, of factions that try to encompass everything and in the end lose control over all of it. This doesn't just apply to geographic size. It applies to ethnicities, religions, political persuasions.
Lifting is a good idea though. Make sure you work on your legs/endurance, maybe learn some basic survival skills and what plants you can use in your area, stock up on some canned goods and shit like flashlight batteries, tools, what have you. If the current structure really does fail, you're going to be worried about a lot more than the fucking books that are being published.
