We should make prisoners into slaves for however long their sentence is and have them do all the work illegals do now except free so farming doesn’t have to be subsidized as much. Give them nice living conditions and decent food, reduce sentence lengths, and make them work their asses off in a field.
Should be forced to repay the country in labor rather than just be a tax burden after doing something wrong, no reason taxpayers should have to bear the financial burden created by criminals.

unfortunately most judges these days give slap on the wrist sentences, Like here in Australia life in prison is only 35 years and for most crims going to prison seems like a holiday.
