What makes you think any of it is factual? Steele hasn't been in the intelligence circle in a long time (1993 .. so more years than most people here have been alive, I'd bet). When he was active, his term in Russia was not really long enough to develop the contacts he claims to have. Even Comey says the information was unverifiable and salacious. Even a foreign ambassador to Russia says it's bullshit:
