I'm currently touring Europe and it is kind of like this. People think that many Americans are idiotic, violent, and fat. They're pretty much referring to the poverty stricken minority parts of America and base all of their assumptions on this. For the most part if you are polite then when you meet in person they really don't give 2 shits and are happy to converse with you.

1. Big cowboy hat rancher.
2. Loud, fatty, ignorant and arrogant.
3. World-travelers that are pretty informed (nice clothes, highly skilled individuals).
4. The "philantrope" that is WAY into "Danish culture" what they were told from Bernie Sanders and CNN (makes people really uncomfortable).
In general Americans are considered to be loud, but polite.
