Jailtime 15 years for violent 5 for drunk 20 years for drugged and a death sentence for a false rape claim

That's an interesting thought, I would certainly like to see this be utilized. If someone feels no remorse why even try to rehabilitate them? It's a pure waste of tax dollars.

To your other thoughts, why those times specifically?

Murder is the most traumatizing crime where as thief is the least. The rape crimes vary because there are different ways to rape someone.

Yes but if the purpose is to rehabilitate, should every person who murders get 28 years even if they realize it was a terrible situation?

Does the price of the stolen object matter? Does everyone get a flat punishment of 3 years?

simple as that and 100.0000% fair

Depends on how serious the individual crime is. Theft of a household object isn't the same as taking someone's life savings. Likewise, punching someone or fist fighting briefly isn't the same as cornering them and beating them black and blue in an alley. Murder for an understandable but not just cause (e.g. retaliation) isn't the same as serial killing.

Generally, theft should incur restitution and/or restoration at least. Serious cases or instances of armed robbery should mean at least a year of prison. Assault should mandate a restraining order, fine, restitution, and/or mediation at the very least, accompanied by heavy fines and possible prison time of up to a decade for serious cases. Murder should mean at the very least imprisonment for years, and life imprisonment at most. Rape should mean mandatory treatment of sexual deviancy, accompanied by imprisonment of 10-20 years. Corruption and fraud should mean imprisonment and SEVERE fines, possibly accompanied by forced public service.
