Still won't trigger that type of eruption, the magma has too low of viscosity. What you could look at is destabilizing force of lubricity and weight that could trigger a slide. Chance isn't high, but it is certainly very real. You might also change the current eruptive pattern of the fissures. Again, chances are not great, but certainly there. Best case scenario is to hope the storm is slow moving or stalls dumping large amounts of rain. Like a Hurricane Harvey style scenario.
