They haven't had this issue with the previous launches I have seen, most were consistent.

If it's on land it's fine, the video is either over ethernet or done with antennas on better mounts. The barge gets blown and vibrated a fraction of the meter from the exhaust though, which fucks the satellite uplink.

If all depends on the angle that the drone is descending upon to barge.

Did you watch them live? I think there have been a few that managed to not cut out, but most of live streams lose signal.
The footage you see of them landing on the droneships is usually the locally recorded video that gets uploaded later.
