My dad had to do a company-wide diversity training day a few years back at Hanes; they brought in some nigger faux-drill sergeant and lined them all up to get yelled at for being white men while the female and darkie employees watched. Said it was the most degrading thing to just have to stand there at 60 and have some idiot scream at you while getting paid by your employer.

Office i worked in around 2012 we had a Nog manager who used to send out emails about "White men" being eviil and how we werent accepting of the darkies. Literally every week an email went out about it.
Then one day her daughter came into the office after school and was waiting in our lunch room. Next day an employee found grafitti all over the chairs and it turned out the Nogs daughter did it. From then on not a single email went out about how evil we were cause her fucking family treated the workplace like shit.

When I was growing up and in school, the idea was that you should never judge someone based on something out of their control, like the colour of their skin etc. That all individuals should be treated equally unless their behaviour governs otherwise. Now, back then, we who believed that were seen as lefties.

"Diversity" literally has no value in business. If anything it creates liabilities when you overlook more qualified people to fill quotas. It amounts to outright racism. It also creates hatred and resentment when majority workers have to compensate for the under-performing minorities hired exclusively for their skin color.
Yep, studies have found that these diversity initiatives cause *more* internal division and it's pretty obvious why. From the POV of the (((people))) implmenting them that's not a problem, since the true goals are to further their own power / shekels and discriminate against white males.
