Well I've only really had experience with the 7 main ones since those are the ones I've been focusing on the most to develop myself.

The most significant presence I noticed was the root chakra which primarily deals with survival aspects of yourself, I worked on this element for a while since I was lacking in this area and since I started, it's gave me a much more grounded feeling of being present, in the moment and overall more attached to the physical reality, as before I was quite away with the wind, focusing too much on what lies beyond the physical and all that jazz.
