Hey, Americans, I have a question for you

Hey, Americans, I have a question for you.
Here's a video, it was shot by a Russian man living in the US, he asks why the streets of cities in the US are empty? Why do people in the US not walk? Where are all the people?
Why is it accepted to work in the USA or to sit at home like a rat?
If you're just walking down the street without reason, then the security come up to you and ask who you are and what you're doing. It's true?

>Why do people in the US not walk?
why is he not walking?
answer:
because we can afford cars.

Yeah, but look at video, no people around, its creepy as fuck

Because of packs of roaming niggers

It's not that you can afford cars. You NEED a car in the US and you don't in Europe because Europe wasn't planned out by Commie city planners.

Ironically, you can still walk around old ex-Commie Prague but not any city outside of New York in the States.

it looks hot
people tend to
-stay inside
-go to a water source for swimming

>walking
that's for niggers

>Europe wasn't planned out by Commie city planners.
>*relies exclusively on public transportation*
k

>You NEED a car in the US
no.
it's just easier and we can afford it.
you've never been here.

>random fucking suburb in the middle of the day
>'cities'

>walking through suburbia

Literally why? If anyone there feels like walking they will probably go somewhere nice to do it or go hiking

Well he’s in California in the Summer, it’s extremely hot outside there. Come here to Ohio and people walk around everywhere (at least in the places where everything isn’t a cornfield)

There is nowhere to walk in suburbs, its miles and miles of houses. Where do you even walk to?

However I will also say, americans are lazy as fuck and use the car for everything.

No one walks in the suburbs, everything is to far away. But, then you have lazy entitled people like in my neighborhood who will drive 4 blocks to the grocery store (and then bitch when someone steals their parking space at home)

>Russian man living in the US

The american man walk only at Dr.Nowzaradan order.

This is why slavs are white niggers. Such sampling and herp a durp X and Y group do this.
And if i some a nigger or some dirty snow nigger walking around my area without reason I'd like to know what they are doing.
to compare the Blue state areas to Red state areas is a joke. who is the real american.
Ill tell you it fucking aint jesus selling me corn out of his pick up its john doing the work.

This. I live in Cali and there's hardly anyone walking when it's fucking hot outside. The only people walking are people walking towards the bus benches. It's hot. What do you expect? Should I go to Moscow in the winter and complain that no one is walking outside when it's negative degrees?

Its police state

Umm they're at work dumbass

этo oтнeceтcя к дeлy кoгдa ты зaгнeшь тeмy пpo тo чтo oн пoддepживaeт пынькy. Гдe пpeдлoгoм бyдeт этo there for тaк вeздe.
иди нaхyй caммep фaг eбyчий

its a point.
if you live in usa, you are at work, oor sit at home, like a rat

We generally don't hang out in front of our houses like slavshits getting drunk in the middle of the day. Also, walking to the local grocery store isn't usually practical in the suburbs. And when it's hot, people tend to go for walks in the early morning or at sunset.

At work, in school, or at home because it's hot as shit to meaninglessly walk around in a suburb, maybe when it gets darker you'll see some people jogging.
Just because there aren't random Slavs squatting drinking booze in front of your house doesn't mean people don't hang out. American homes are spacious enough to have backyards, theres no need to be squatting in the middle of the road.
Go to an actual city street like New York or LA not a suburb and you'll probably see plenty of people walking around.

Because shit is far away bro. I work an hour drive away from my house.

Public transport and civic building is what a government should spend its money on, retard. However, private funding can make a lot of difference when its viable.

See Heathrow airport for example, entirely privately owned like most major UK airports. How many of these in the USA? Just fucking one. Pathetic.

I lived in Miami/South Florida for a year and been to plenty of other places numerous times. You cannot even walk to a convenience store in a major metropolitan area.

чeм ты oтличaeшьcя oт вaты? тыкиe жe фaнaтики кaк и вaтaны блять, тoлькo в пpoфиль

That's a suburb, not the city. Plenty of people walk in the city.

Because people would think you are a creep or a thug when you walk alone out there.

>Because people would think you are a creep or a thug when you walk alone out there.
But this is not healthy society

maybe because it's hot as fuck and they have ac indoors

Do you just throw out the word “commie” when you wanna sorry out? Are you retarded?

Plenty of people walk.......when they get home from work. Everyone has to work. When you get out of work, you can go for a jog or walk your dog. You can't just be outside walking around at noon on a fucking week day.

>Would rather drive cars for a 200 meter destination rather than walking
And you people wonder why you are fat.

People have jobs, gone are the times in the developed west of everyone living and spending all of their time together in little villages. The only place you probably see that in the US is the Amish and those faggy communes in California.

Attached: 99999.jpg (1080x1349, 172K)

Americans don't walk, they're that boring.

>drive through neighborhood
>thinks people are just going to walk to someone's house for no reason

Several things wrong memeflag. Is this on a weekday or weekend? Is this during work hours or not? I see few cars so it's possible most people are at work.

Film any city downtown and people are walking everywhere because there are businesses to go to. There are no businesses in a suburb - just homes.

Пoшeл ты нaхyй.

Europeans have no fucking clue how many hours the average american has to work, especially to afford a house like that in california.

In a city I can usually see people walking around and I've never been stopped by police outside of being on an active construction site or being at a park after curfew

Not so much that we can afford cars, rather that having a car is an absolute necessity if you want to go anywhere outside your house or neighborhood. American city planners are notoriously shit, which is why so many places in America are unlivable.

Attached: 1533482923690.jpg (448x709, 58K)

Niggers.

we don't have time for that shit. we have jobs and places to be.

That's a subdivision, Igor. It looks like a Russian city but those are just houses.

пeчeный кapтoфeль пoдъeхaл, нaec

>gone are the times in the developed west of everyone living and spending all of their time together in little villages
And we're saying that's not normal behavior or normal society. Are you really surprised why most people in the west feel isolated, alone and depressed? You don't even feel like a part of society anymore. Then you wonder why whites don't have any semblance of national interest or racial/ethnic unity.

>palm tree in front yard proving southern year round warm climate
>no long shadows so its about noon
>published july 15
Its probably 110 out foh

He thinks it's better for whites to be holed up and isolated in their shitty cookie-cutter factory homes filling up socks with cum and wasting their lives away on vidya

I like how this is the second post on the front page starting with "hey americans" and its got some faggot with a LARP flag
Totally not some shill movement I guess you guys are just a bundle of sticks by coincidence

Um, that's a suburb. If you go into a city you will see plenty of people walking around.

>streets are empty in 1 area
>must mean all streets in US are empty

I get what you're saying, but I think this is more a side-effect of development. The small shops and stores in smaller towns have probably dated back thousands of years, where everyone found their own craft. The world is getting complicated enough now where you need more infrastructure to house global operations.

I don't know the answer to whatever you're saying. More people doing work are able to do so remotely, so that's a small chunk back. But yeah, you can't put the cat back in the bag. Unless you want to fast forward to the point where all work is done by robots, I don't think you'll ever have small intimate villages again... or at least those who spend all day together because work is spread out over greater areas.

America might as well come from another planet compared to the Philippines in terms of wealth but I would NEVER trade all of that wealth for the sense of community, belonging, friendship and unity over a bunch of paper jew where you have to work all your life and then just die miserable for the rest of your days. I may come from a poor country but at least we're not as dysfunctional as this.

>I get what you're saying, but I think this is more a side-effect of development.
No it's not. Development doesn't have to destroy communities and national unity. Ted was right. Industrialization (creating technology for the sake of creating technology and profits) is clearly a mistake.

It's not what I think is "better," but rather it's just the result of development. Globalization was largely nonexistent 150 years ago. Commerce was based on local and maybe regional companies. The very architecture of commerce was completely different. I keep talking about jobs because that's really the root of this.

No one would assume you're creepy just for taking a walk in the middle of the day unless you're black or look homeless.

I'm trying to get other Americans to realize this. Most get incredibly defensive when you tell them there's another way to live.

Attached: 1533479993119.jpg (1464x1554, 464K)

I much prefer suburban isolation to living amongst shitskins in urban centers. The smell of jungle Asians' body odor is enough to give me a headache and ruin my day.

What kind of jobs is good city planning preventing? I don't think you realize the insane costs that come with our current suburban sprawl system.

>miami/South florida is indicative of the entire united states
I live in florida and was raised in south florida
Florida is nothing like the rest of the united states. Florida is like Australia of the united states. And you're a fucking retarded bong that thinks his visit to one US city applies to the rest of the US.

Attached: check my badges faggot.png (655x462, 458K)

I love it when you feel the lard of the poster from their post

Suburbs were hastily developed to be essentially refugee camps for whites escaping "ethnic diversity". Having to drive was a barrier for undesirables and this is all the side effect of America's schizophrenia where segregation is de je illegal yet everyone wants it de facto.

>says the fat white guy who never takes a bath and appears like a weirdo when going outside once a month
If you say so whitey.

I guess Ted was kinda right. Industrialization destroys societies.

I totally agree with you guys but the premise of this thread is stupid. There's literally nowhere to walk to in a suburb like the one in the video, and if it's hot as it looks you'd collapse from the heat before you got anywhere. And most American cities are very walkable, even if they don't have good public transportation.

And now suburbia is contributing heavily to high rates of isolation/depression/suicide/drug abuse among whites. It's time to change.

I don't want to sound harsh, but what are you going to do about it at this point? Things will keep evolving into more and more efficient structures, all of which probably go at odds with what you're talking about. I'm not claiming to have the answers either.

top post.

why do Russian cities look like this?

youtube.com/watch?v=whd088V-sQw

Suburbia is a pretty inefficient structure though. Imagine how much time and energy would be saved by not having all of those transportation costs.

Outside of downtowns, most US cities fall prey to the same shitty sprawl development that plagues the rest of the country.

>but what are you going to do about it at this point?
Nothing because like anything dysfunctional it will crumble and day. It may not be today, it may not be tomorrow but it WILL die off and be remembered as another "crazy shit humans did in the past" in future history books. Only this time, it will be white people who will be remembered as an example of this crazy shit.

>fighting decontextualized propaganda videos with other decontextualized propaganda videos but about the other side
What a high quality discussion.

>people actually walking instead of driving
>no morbidly obese fatties
>businesses easily accessible from home via walking

Russia's not perfect but at least their cities are designed somewhat around the interests of humans and not the interests of massive car manufacturers

It is. I know of Filipinos who worked in America and they suddenly experienced depression, sadness, sense of dread and isolation when working there. Magically, when they came back home after their work contract ended, all that was gone and they were happy again. There's just something about white society that somehow makes people feel those feelings.

going outside is bad.
you can get arrested for walking around.

In your brainlet head, why are you equating being at your home to being a rat? What kind of hang up do you have buddy? Are you from a broken home? Did your dad beat you with jumper cables? Some people actually like being at home you dork. It's called television, internet, social media. It ain't an America problem, it's a technology problem. But you already knew that, didn't you little guy? I'll give you a "C" for effort, trying to stir up drama.

>at least their cities are designed somewhat around the interests of humans and not the interests of massive car manufacturers
Not my city.

As I said before, I don't claim to have the answer, nor am I a proponent of anything. I've lived in the Chicago suburbs my entire life. Without exaggeration, there is probably 5-10,000 corporate HQ buildings in the greater area, with countless more office buildings. The area has established itself as a commerce hub, and subsequently the greater area has filled itself in with suburban sprawl, as you mentioned. At the border of the suburbs in all directions is, you guessed it- farmland. Every year farms around the perimeter get converted into massive new neighborhoods.

This is a complicated subject, I'm really not sure what to say first. First of all, I think we need to establish what we'd actually consider "optimal" as well as principles that dictate the design of areas.

I can start by saying even though traffic in the entire area is largely shitty like what said, the area I'm in is probably one of the greatest economic generators for the country. It's a reinforcing loop of people moving into the area because of all the companies, and all the companies moving into the area because of the people moving in.

This is a tangent (an interesting one), but utilizing tunnels will increase efficiency by an order of magnitude in terms of getting around the city, if they get adopted by a sizable amount of the populace.

youtube.com/watch?v=u5V_VzRrSBI

I don't care if you like Musk, just focus on the concept. He's actually building an experimental link between our downtown district and Ohare Airport with some tunnels, with vehicles that will go 150MPH.

Low density suburban sprawl.

Just look. Nothing but homes, no infrastructure or commerce. Walking to any place of interest would take hours. This complete lack of integration is a huge failure of American city planning, straining the economy and the environment and destroying communities.

Suburban sprawl is not conducive to meaningful walking.

In communities that are more dense or otherwise have more traditional layouts that don't require extensive driving to get places, you see people walking. North, south, east, west, rich, poor, white, black, hispanic; it doesn't matter.

here are the reasons
1: US cities and suburbs are not planned for walking, so walking often sucks. Urban planners are retarded and only think about road traffic and pretty much ignore sidewalks
2: people are lazy as fuck and already own cars

Our time is coming to an end and most people are too complacent with their porn and vidya and clown food to do anything about it, even though everybody knows it. Like a lot of fellow Americans in this thread.

Attached: average US downtown.jpg (1024x731, 270K)

You normally don't see adult stores in the city. Usually in the outer areas, along highways. What city is this?

>not wasting time walking with your fellow human beings and walking knee-deep in mud talking about anything.
Fucking pleb.

It's not white society per se. Europe is perfectly liveable. It's America.

I mean, we (collectively) are accomplish far more than anyone else before us on Earth. The model continuously improves over time. I get your frustration but you seem to be throwing the baby out with the bathwater.

suburbs always have the lowest amount of traffic (Foot and Car)

If this was shot in downtown or even at some busy tourist attraction. It wouldn't be so empty. Russia's probably different since they have housing complexes and not suburbs.

>Where are all the people
At that time of day, at work. Why is no one walking on the street? Because we all like having backyards and not living in commie blocks.
>If you're just walking down the street without reason, then the security come up to you and ask who you are and what you're doing
I have NEVER had this happen to me and I don't think this has happened to anyone I know of.

You know what's funny though? You seem to be obsessed with America. Look at you. Posting in a thread about Americans, talking about Americans, imagining what it's like to be an American.

What shithole country did you ay you're from? The Phillipines? Guess what. I don't give a fuck about The fucking Philippines. I literally have never given one thought to what goes on there. It could fall off the planet tomorrow, and no one here would care. No one here thinks about your little country at all.

How's that feel? To be so infatuated with my country, but to know that not one person here ever thinks about your country, or what goes on there.

Attached: 1497015531966.jpg (480x480, 33K)

Good goy

It's hard to have a meaningful discussion when you're talking to a swarm of anonymous people, none of which have said their values or beliefs. Convos like this would benefit if there were established identities behind the words.

That's what you get when education and the media creates a low-trust society that values individual freedom at the expense of community. Also blacks are genuinely difficult to live around.

because they don't want to get shot
duh

>actually believing this
A great house won't matter if the foundation is rotten. Like I said, it all appears great outside but when you live in it and experience it, it's all just smoke and mirrors giving you the illusion of wealth and happiness but people take magic pills prescribed by your jew doctors and psychiatrists just to make you function like normal human beings. Your "prosperity" is just an illusion and your society will crumble and die off like any dysfunctional society.

I'm sure there's a bible verse about Christ saying that it appears beautiful to look at but inside it are just dead men bones. I'm sure that applies here.

That's because American culture has dominated the rest of the world for decades now. You see the same thing with some westerners who are obsessed with Korea after watching kpop videos.

I live in the US. One time i decided to go for a walk to my friend's house (like 35 minutes), simply to be healthy and kill some time.
Another person I know drove past me and turned around and asked me how everything is going with me, am I okay, is everything alright, do I need a lift , it's funny, he was so shocked when I just told him I'm walking for the hell of it.

Search your feelings, you know it to be true.

What a qt

>If you're just walking down the street without reason, then the security come up to you and ask who you are and what you're doing. It's true?

lol what? If you're trespassing yes but this doesn't happen if you're on public property.
