I think the people pushing the Russian propaganda meme all over twitter are probably agent provocateurs or people who bought the bullshit. Twitter is a tool of the deep state, what they did in Iran was spread propaganda across it's platform that the riots were larger in scale, sort of like fake news but for social media.
