From what I understood the plan was only moving to the north west, not necessarily a commune or compound. Maybe we could narrow it down from there or even plan multiple areas in the northwest. It depends on how you view things going in the future. One view is that we will balkanize, in which case they want to concentrate the number of whites who are very nationalist and traditionalist in one area. I mean it's not that far fetched of a future. Nobody in America is really united by anything and the left and right have entirely different and incompatible beliefs for what our future should be. We either come together and build a gay ass Civic nationalist common goal that probably won't last when they start having exposure to niggers, become more authoritarian to manage such a diverse and disparate population, or fragment into multiple states.
Also you'd be surprised. Some areas actually do experience white flight and it's still a common thing. My mom's hometown in Georgia is like 90% nigger now and it's unrecognizable. Some people are actually leaving for just that reason and if there was a movement with a significant number of people involved, they might be interested just for that reason. With less people it's easier to brand cultish and weird, but with more the stigma is removed by having a broad range of social support within the group.
