Nazi's are not left wing because they vehemently reject the central themes of liberalism and socialism. Specifically equality and inclusion.

This is quite hard to predict since that scenario itself has many possible directions it can go:

The United States goes into war with Japan and nukes them 1945. During this time Germany has stomped Russia and has developed the nuke themselves.
Now this is where things get tricky. If Hitler goes all in and nukes the US with the 3-4 bombs Nazi Germany probably already has, it's likely he US surrenders. This itself will alter history to such an amount it's nearly impossible to say how the US would look after that and how well it will adapt to Nazism.
On the other hand if Hitler lets the attack on Japan slide and sign a peace treaty with the United States, Nazism will probably rise in the states as well.
The scenarios are endless but given the scenario OP described the most likely outcome would be this:
>Germany declared Victorious 1940
>UK starts cleaning itself from Jewish influence and Mosley becomes PM
>This allows for Germany to have access to Africa and the Middle East and it solves their oil problems
>1942 at first spring the war with Russia starts
>Russia has had time to prepare for the German offensive
>Germany promised Japan and Finland parts of Russia
>Simultaneous attacks on all sides make >Russia surrender in less than 4 months
>Germany in total control of Europe after quelling rebellions and chasing Jews out totally in 1944
>All Jewish prisoners from every camp are sent to Zimbabwe and Israel is established there
>The United States and Germany have nukes by 1945

From here on out it can go a million directions as usual, but considering the specifics OP gave, I think this would be the most likely scenario.

Every single country would have collapsed in less than 50 years. If you want to see what communism did, look at Eastern Europe, Venezuela and North Korea.
The interesting aspect of alternate timelines, is the idea of something which was never allowed to prosper here. Hitler did economic miracles for Germany and it's a shame we'll never find out how this system would have evolved to the present day.

Germany was never going to be able to win with it's shrinking manpower and diminishing fuel sources. "Lebensraum" was just a gibsmedat fantasy.

I'm sure Germany would have gone the way of Spain after a generation or two, albeit more industrious. Maybe Western and Northern Europe might have ended up marginally less leftist.

But Communist tyranny - after its collapse - had a peculiar way of inoculating all its former territories against the kind of Cultural Marxism that is rotting the West from the inside out today.
