I've done the math on this. You can get enough calories with pretty damn good macros with the free government food they get alone. Also, store stock is not just magically put into place by the white man, or something. What a store caries is primarily influenced by what is bought. If they carry decent, high protein, low sugar, etc products, but those products aren't selling, they won't carry them any longer. If the nogs aren't buying brown rice, but they are buying zebra cakes, naturally as a retailer, if you want to survive, you must prioritize carrying zebra cakes over brown rice.
