I agree that we will defeat China once it comes to totally unrestricted warfare. I recommend watching the first video linked in the OP, as it discusses the hegemonic cycles throughout history (one power rising to challenge a dominant power, to either be defeated or to take the place as the new hegemon). The historian draws parallels between Germany and Great Britain in the 20 century (Germany's economic power rose to exceed Great Britain's, leaving them to struggle for hegemonic power). What sometimes happens is that the current hegemon, even if they defeat the challenger, loses its hegemony due to exhausting itself during the war (which is exactly what happened with Great Britain in the 20th century, with the USA taking its place as the world hegemon afterwards).

Much of what you say is true with regards to China having less geostrategic resources (military bases etc.), however the point is that China is working hard to change that as fast as possible. The sooner we destroy China the better, because it will mean a shorter war, less casualties, and less likelihood of exhausting ourselves to the point of losing our hegemony in the process.

This is true, and is the basis of China's strategy to deal with the US. China knows that the US is decaying and declining, hence why China is avoiding a front fight and has simply decided to wait it out until the US decays into great power status. China is patient and can do this.

I see what you're saying but the times are very different now, China may be taking inspiration from history but we live in the global information age and as they become more and more populated it will become increasingly difficult to keep their population complacent. Already somewhat apparent with their rampant censorship of anything anti-China, they're shaking in their boots.
I really don't see America devolving from a superpower anytime in the foreseeable future though, we're still a very young country and haven't even reached our potential yet. Maybe I'm optimistic but I think Brazil will rise to some form of power and become a great ally of ours, perhaps even as the head state of the United States of South America leading to the best hemisphere the world has ever seen.

With the fall of the red menace and the rise of this "New World Order" Americans have seen even greater amounts of this potential sapped away from us.

I know I bring this up a lot in China threads but I studied international trade in Tokyo in 2014-2016 at a school for government that was like 70% Chinese. I was naive and realized too late they were stalking me and following me and they tried to hivemind me until I died via Orwellian power shenanigans. Essentially they were trying to destroy me as an individual in the same way that they would destroy America as a whole.

I understand the Chinese psyche better than probably anyone else, especially any so called China expert or Asia expert that just shills for globalist corporations and does talks in China and all this nonsense. Anyway, my point is, chinks are enemy number 1 as far as I’m concerned. I wish I could propagandize what happened because it would basically be casus belli. They don’t want to be our friends. Their goal is not only to defeat America, but destroy the idea of America.
