I woke up to a call from the Glendora police, a jogger found it and turned it in with everything including the cash still in it. They create a higher demand, which raises the prices. And then people get pushed out. So they rent. Creates a high demand for that. Those prices shoot up.

1)makes it prohibitively expensive for any more foreign chinks to buy up western properties
2)makes it hard for chink property owners who rely on foreign income to maintain western properties
3)incentivizes chink property owners to sell and convert proceeds to more yuan than they initially put into it and fuck off back to China.

Why would they do this? Chinks never let go of ties back to the mainland. Here in Canada, we got $$$million neighborhoods in Richmond and North Van who report BELOW poverty line income to CRA. Because the owners work in China, under-report whatever taxable foreign income they even bother to report, and bribe the right people for official Chinese tax documents that can never be investigated or scrutinized by foreign governments. And of course, the chink wife and kids live in their mansions and are eligible for free lunches, tax rebates and other subsidized shit. Boggles the mind seeing some chink who rolls up to school in a Porsche Cayenne pay for food with a free lunch voucher. Once things become unsustainable, the option to cash out and go back home and live like kings is too good to pass up.
