difficult question i dont know really, just some vague conjecture. But i need to do some explaining first to go accurately into it. the next couple post play into this

You see that bucket depiction often with a pinecone which is still used. This pine cone is also often next to 2 animals on both sides like snakes or in this case birds. It also usually is, when held up by someone, held at the height of the head.
I believe the pine cone to be the pinial gland, positioned in the middle of the 2 hemispheres, between the 2 animals and as such symbolizes conciousness, the mind, spirit, the third eye, creativity and fantasy which you can use to see whatever you want and go where ever you want, wether it be physically by making your body go somewhere, spiritually via astral projection/remote viewing or just in fantasy itself making you visit completly different worlds.
Furthermore the Cone has the Phi ration encoded in it which is encoded through all of nature giving kind of a blueprint of this reality in on itself and as such could be a symbol for God and the divine and also symbolizing enlightenment which you achive through the aformentioned aspects, the knowledge of an intelligent force designing what is.
Its also usually, when held by a person, held at the height of the head making me think thats another hint towards its relation to the head/brain.
Also it was mentioned that pinetrees are green the entire year and thus could be a symbol of immortallity like the immortal conciousness/soul
Buddhists believe reincarnation takes 49 days which happens to be the same amount of time the pineal gland takes to develop and become visible after conception. The Pineal Gland very well may be the seat of the soul, or a reciever for the soul.

indeed it sounds like it underlies another principle than the story of the tibetians, but there were stories about levitating stuff with sound, and now we can actually do that. so maybe there is more to the legends than we care to believe. and there are quite a few legends that turned out to be real. I'm in recovery, and practically all medical drug treatment uses or encourages twelve step recovery, which models the disease concept as a spiritual malady, and focuses on spiritual progress as the only solution. I spoke to a psychiatrist about this, pointing out the contradiction with science, and he, knowing I was a Taoist said that was a dualistic way of looking at things, which I thought was a perfect answer.

What I'm getting at is that addiction is an epidemic, but so are anxiety and depression. And I really feel this is a spiritual problem. There is definitely a war on spirituality. The further we look into history, the more we see spirituality stripped from religion and replaced with ritual and routine that reinforce the authority of those institutions.

The common thread we see in great ancient civilizations is that spirituality was a fundamental part of their everyday lives. They often had rigorous methods for achieving a spiritual experience and spiritual awakening at a young age. But we have lost interest in our fellows and gained interest in selfish things. Addiction is just another form of the atheistic materialism which is destroying the world.

We must look back, not forward if we are to find answers. The Tao te Ching talks about government, and says clearly that it must be small, local and culturally homogeneous, and that leaders must be trusted servants. It's one of the many reasons that the "religion" was almost wiped out by Mao.

Actually, people shill against AA because it's none of those bad things. It states very, very clearly that the steps are meant to be suggestions only. People almost never tell you what to do, they only offer suggestions if you ask and they tell you what worked for them. And the reason they encourage you to come to meetings every week is to help the addict who is still suffering, that's the 12th step.

My real point is, the 12 steps are a simple program that enduce a spiritual awakening. It was first published in 1939, so that tells us how far back the problem goes. If there was a spiritual foundation in society, they'd be superfluous.

my theory regarding pyramids aside from encoding knowledge
i always heard they are tombs and help the pharaos to get to the stars after they died. however they never were used as tombs as far as we can tell, but i still believe they were meant to sent the pharaos to the stars. with the remote viewing docs we see how the CIA tried to astral project/remote view and use it to gather knowledge.
