Motorcyclist dies after hitting car in Danbury
DANBURY, CT -
Police were called to Backus Avenue around 7 p.m. for a serious crash.
Police said 25-year-old Samuel Hyde of Danbury, who was driving the motorcycle, hit a car.
The driver of the car was not injured.
Danbury police said Hyde was driving at a high rate of speed at the time of the crash.
He was brought to Danbury Hospital where he died from his injuries.
The crash is under investigation.
