Muh free speech

-not on someone else's private property
-not outside of your own country

How hard is that?
>but muh universal right
Rights are granted by the sanction of the state.

>Rights are granted by the sanction of the state.
Rights are natural. The role of the state is only to protect them from encroachment.

facebook and twitter are the new mediums of communication. If it's such a big deal that the Russians posted some memes on facebook then it's extremely hypocritical for these same people to act like they don't control American media and political speech.

Rights are natural you bootlicker.

This. You literally cannot give someone a right, you can only take rights away.

They are too selective with their enforcement of TOS

>Rights are granted by the sanction of the state.
Its disgusting that people actually think like this.

The right to free speech only protects you from the government not from other people or other private entities.

Rights are granted by God Himself, you heathen syrup-bitch.

Actually no.
There are laws that limit this. I can't kick out a nigger from out of his job just because he's black.
This obviously needs to apply for political speech

so free speech isnt a universal right to you neolib fucks, but open borders and free healthcare is?

also it is highly unethical and is actually illegal for multiple tech giants to collude in removing a rival on the same day. that is conspiracy. also on that day or the day after, a dnc memo was leaked discussing steps to stifle so called fake news and anonymity. almost like these corporations were secretly working with representatives. this is near unto fascism.

this was obviously planned to effect the midterm elections in order to start proceedings to impeach trump.

hospitals are private property so they can prohibit your speech to ask for medicine.

>Rights are granted by the sanction of the state.
Maybe in your country. God what a shithole

This shit again.
Fuck off leaf.
Saged.

>Rights are granted by the sanction of the state.
Boot licking cuck.

>-not on someone else's private property
Sorry pal, private business cannot deny a citizen their civil rights, a bus company can't deny a nigger access to their buses, bakers can't refuse to bake faggot cakes, and social media sites that use publicly regulated telecom infrastructure cannot deny a right-winger the ability to post.
>Rights are natural.
Rights are intangible abstracts that are nowhere present in nature.

Both sides are full of hypocrites and crybabies, most of them happen to be on the right but the lefts are a lot more vocal and get more attention.

>free to be black
>just not on someone else's private property (that's currently functioning as a public service)
Neat argument, OP.
>Rights are granted by the sanction of the state.
No, rights are inherent in all humans, the state's duty is simply to recognize them.

natural "rights" were a mistake

> Rights are granted by the sanction of the state.
Maybe in your fucked-up country, but the United States Constitution says that men (meaning people) have rights, and we institute a government to protect those rights. Government or not, those rights exist, simply because we exist.

Read the Constitution carefully. It's all about powers (not rights) that the people grant to the government. Not once does it say that the government grants certain rights to the people. In fact, the 10th Amendment says that rights not granted to the government are "reserved" to the people, meaning that the people keep those rights that they already had.

Also, Day of the Rake when?

>thinking the concept of free speech has anything to do with governments or laws

The government failing to uphold its duty to protect them is the only mistake currently.

A popular government has the duty to execute the will of the people, no more and no less

weird seeing leftists standing up for the rights of big corporations

How do you know when the left is losing on an issue?
Because they start making shitty memes.

You could always move to a place that will jail you for practicing you natural "rights"

>A popular government
Which is why the founders wanted nothing to do with popular governance. The purpose of a Constitutional Republic is to enshrine the basic human rights of all citizens regardless of majority views, and allow the rest to be handled by elected representatives.

National Socialism would protect our natural right to freedom of expression ;)

Unironically true.

Yep

Worth the ban

I'm sure if you expressed anything negative about Hitler you'd be shot you dumb fuck mutt.

you perpetuate silence, you hold grudges with those you disagree with and that brings weight on you, so you'd rather have it so no one speaks.
