It's actually pretty twisted what they did here.
White people are genetically different and raised with a different mindset, you can drop your wallet and the white man behind you will pick it up and give it to you.
The fact that they did this to some black kids is pretty messed up because if you accept that they're genetically different and the way they're raised in those areas encourages them to behave like this then the result above is essentially inevitable.
Only a group of cops who don't understand IQ and don't understand genetics would do something like this. Think about it, they're probably sitting there thinking "Let's catch some criminals", "Let's do it in a bad neighborhood where there's lots of criminals", "Thieves are thieves regardless of race, were just looking to catch criminals" and thus they pull some bull crap like this.
This is ironically a case of lack of understanding on the cops part. ONLY a cop who doesn't believe in race would think that this is okay.
Why?
Because he would say to himself "Well in my neighborhood only the "bad" kids would steal it" thinking to himself about that damn kid down the street who's white but acts up and thinks "Well if I did that in my area it would help clean the streets of thieves" and so the dumb asses go to a black neighborhood thinking "Were gonna clean the streets today of thieves" and so they do this....
A bunch of black kids, most probably no criminal records (They're only teenagers still) are sitting around playing basket ball, see these nice shoes and EVERYTHING KICKS IN.

It's actually so terrible what they did here because ANYONE with ANY understanding of race would have heard this idea and been like "Nah, you know what's gonna happen"
