Cyril Ramaphosa wants to make a new law that ensures faster transfer of farms out of the hands of the white, to the black farmers.
Up until now South Africa has merely bought lands out of the white farmers and the whites have made an exodus to countries like Russia to start a new farm life there.
But it is about to change and new laws will forcibly take the farmland without paying anything back to the whites.
