Then there are cultural factors which leads to the indication of low IQ but is entierly socially consturcted. In the case of Albania and Montenegro here for example we can see that students are completely retarded, well either that is factually true or they simply don't care about school due to years of intellectual neglect. Those studies are therefore quite bad when measuring permanent biological IQ-differences but they are phenomenal when measuring how well the school system works in said countries.

Pisa scores doesn't show intelligence. LOL. They only show how well students perform on very outdated school tests. Basically, the scores show how outdated the schools are in the countries the test is performed.

PISA scores, unlike intelligence, is something that can be taught. Not that you should. It is mostly useless learning. It is tests for the sake of tests.

There has never been an IQ study conducted in Kosovo, the one in Albania is based off PISA estimates, and Albanians score much higher than FYROMians on PISA testing. Logic holds that if we go by PISA estimates, Macedonia's IQ should be in the low 70s. This is why Lynn and Vannhanen are hacks.
