how? There are dozens of search engines out there right now. They aren't all run by insanely wealthy companies. Lycos? startpage? dogpile? excite? These aren't multibillion dollar companies. Can't compete DIRECTLY with google. This is not direct competition with google because it's providing a different service. It's like opening a vanilla ice cream shop next to an already established, highly popular vanilla ice cream shop...yeah, it's going to be tough/impossible. But if you open a strawberry ice cream shop next door to one that has vowed to stop serving strawberry, then you aren't in direct competition. Strike that, what I meant was that they didn't start out as multi-billion dollar companies (ie: they didn't need billions to start out). I think a decent search engine would probably cost about 1 - 5 million. But in the end it would pay for itself. It would drive like 10x - 100x more traffic to infowars which meant way more people buying their shitty products and listening to their podcasts, reading their news, etc. It's bound to happen eventually, as google clamps down more and more on right wingers. The market for a right wing ecosystem is ripe for the taking. Alex Jones has the traffic and the money. Just seems like it would be a good idea.

I'm pretty sure most of the non-google search engines are valued at approximately $50,000,000. But that's mostly because they are established. I'm sure when they started out they were probably 1/10th that value or even less. So it's probably about $1million to $10million to start a search engine.

Infowars is valued at almost $70million. I think an investment like that would be a good idea especially since they have no other choice at the moment. They have been erased from normie-tech. This isn't even a normal situation, they literally have a choice: A) do nothing and slowly shrivel up into just another website probably get smaller than rebel media only remembered as the site that got crushed by big-tech. B) invest in and establish a platform for a whole other right wing platform that could double their profits or potentially send them to google-levels of profit.
