That's because it's hidden in the sea of servers and nobody knows about it. And apparently as soon as someone reports something inappropriate, offensive, or something that otherwise violates their ever changing ToS, they can investigate by reading your logs, and take action by deleting your server and banning your ass. I haven't really bothered thinking about it this way, but Discord servers are more like lobbies than servers. Everything's hosted on their shit, not your computer or your friends, etc... so it's only natural that they own it all and have access to all of the info, because you're literally uploading it all on their shit.
