Main battery to on
Start APU
When APU is activated advance first engine throttle to idle and engage engine starter which pulls air from the APU
Advance second engine to idle, engage starter
Once both engines are turning release parking brake
Advance throttles so you start rolling
Steer using nosewheel steering
Set flaps to takeoff values
Roll to the end or the runway, lineup, apply takeoff thrust
Enjoy the extra power-to-weight of an unloaded aircraft
Pull back on the stick when the nose comes up
Gear up, flaps up, fly.
