A communist society could allow men to be free from the burdens of late stage capitalism. Every worker would get his due part, and would be proud of his work, his role in society, because he owns his means of production. His work brings society forward and provides for his own family at the same time. The state would provide, via taxation healthcare, education for the children and so on. Decent housing and quality of life would be compulsory for everyone. The Man could then reclaim his role of family leader which he is losing more and more because of liberalism. Modern man is not more a man than a disposable thing that bows down to his bourgeois masters to get the wealth he produces stolen, and he must accept it without saying a word. Since the State economy maintains a workforce proportionate to it's needs, and employs everyone, that means work time could get divided more among workers. No more extra work to stuff more money in the shareholder's pockets while your boss leaves 2 hours earlier. Therefore children could see their parents more, ensuring they don't end up becoming trash degenerates. Also, more children could have access to education, from primary school to the highest level university, all funded by taxation. Ensuring equal opportunities for all and breeding generations of rocket scientists, engineers and doctors. Jobs society really needs to progress and function. No more gender studies.

The importance of capitalism is that you are able to move up in the world by creating your own business. I have known many people in my life who have started businesses from scratch some who have done this right out of prison and thrived by making at least 6 digits a year.
