First we need a different type of Internet.
We should do an distributed social network. Different communication protocol, or better said, a distributed network, just as it was long before.
A big local blob on computer that is shared with others and constantly updated from other blobs - voila, we have a social network that could not be censored. Another routine to display the messages / news from that blob. Peer networking, SSL etc. Permanent pages stored and authenticated locally (with ETH or Bitcoin or any other coin), local payments, secured transfers etc. No more 404 or censorship.
