What do you mean? Ethnically? This sort of stuff is just nonsensical historical revisionism. People in North Africa still considered themselves Punic or Berber and spoke their own languages down to the 7th century AD, almost a thousand years after the conquest. This idea of a homogeneous world where everyone was ethnically Roman and only spoke Latin is incorrect.
