It's a cultural thing that's TIED to race. People will jump on the boat and snag a race card if it benefits them. It's just amplified by the fact that most humans have the innate ability to try to get what they want.
I'd say we should boil it down to observation. Don't just take people at face value and do the usual — word of mouth, reputation, check social media. Just as you would anyone else. There is just a higher risk with a dindu as they latch onto hysteria. I won't discredit science, though, as blacks with mostly dominant traits (recessed cranium, jutting face) are obviously a subspecies.

If I had my way, I would go full meritocracy and kick out anyone who isn't putting their fair share of skills or hard work in. Failure to meet a certain threshold while able bodied would be met with a swift boot out the boarders. Anyone who is a citizen and is disabled due to work would rightly be taken care of as they've earned it. That goes for all races. We don't live in a perfect world, though. This would never fly.
I think the answer is obvious, but the question is "can we live with ourselves afterwards knowing what we have done?" It's CDC levels of disease and getting worse unless boarders are shut down entirely.

For example, I'm in real estate. To some people I'm a parasite that preys on other people that are too stupid to realize they're committing themselves to a financial burden they can't afford in the long run and isn't worth the paper they're signing on, but yet to OTHERS, I connect those who are interested to the American dream of owning a home; white picket fence and all.
I pay taxes. I don't commit crimes. I'm a good person.
I'm also harming (if not destroying) the economy in a big way by facilitating predatory loans that cause banks to start a deficit spending pattern that will ultimately lead to more recessions down the line.
Am I a good person or a bad person? You vote yes, somebody else votes no...who wins? And if you deem my job to be worthless, then who'd going to do it? No one? Communism? NO? THEN WHAT?
I don't think any of us have an answer is what I'm saying. And that's what scares me. Is this math problem unsolvable?
