IT'S HAPPENING!!! SEATTLE HOME PRICE DROPPING BY $100,000 US DOLLARS
John Edwards
Oliver Fisher
they are worthless
no self respecting human would want to live in a nigger infested liberal shithole
Oliver Bell
If only that could happen nationwide then Millennials could finally become homeowners and learn to appreciate property and their country... but I guess we all deserve to pay $800 a month for a fucking studio apartment.
Lucas Morris
It only begins when we see the San Fran prices plummet.
Joseph White
FRASIER HAS LEFT THE BUILDING
Jayden Ward
Not like you have wives and children anyhow.
Parker Clark

Market correction.
Nathaniel Johnson
To be fair Seattle is a pretty nice city. I was stationed in the Army just south of there. It might be a haven for SJW faggots and run by liberals but its by far one of the nicer cities in the US I've been to. Although... it might just be the greenery that I like about it
>800 a month
Nigger I work for the gov in DC making 120k a year and can barely afford to live here. It's more like 2k a month for a nice studio
Jackson Martinez
Yuan is slipping hard and the Chinese economy is beginning to stagnate
Chinese buyers are the reason the housing market sucks balls on the west coast and now they're pulling out
Wyatt Jones
>Seattle is a pretty nice city.
GTFO this board, Hilldawg.
Julian Anderson
THE PROCESS
IT HAS BEGAN!
Logan Robinson
Fuck off kike I didnt support Cunton. You've clearly never visited the PNW so shut the fuck up
Carson Thomas
geo is great. weather is great. people used to be great.
Make WA not CA again.
Easton Cooper
i live next to seattle, its a shit hole, as is tacoma and everett and olympia.
geographically the state is 10/10 politically it needs to burn
Christian Ramirez
I don't work near or in a city. The absolute lowest studio apartment I can get is $800/month, unless I go into a city that has high crime rates and a ton of blacks because then it is like $550/month.
Owen Cox
pop
Alexander Nguyen
The world economy ends not with a BRARPPP!
But with a brip
Adam Martin
soda* but anything is better than "coke."
How do Southerners even order a fucking Pepsi?
>A: I'll have a coke.
>B: Ok, a Coke.
>A: No, I mean a Pepsi coke.
Nicholas Perez
Look at brooklyn. It used to be a nigger infested shut hole but now milennial whites are kicking them out. We can nake this happen there
Jacob Watson
$800 a month doesnt sound bad actually. Where I live that could run you $1200+/monrh
Liam Parker
Its not a problem in NC
Nathan Howard
Southerns ask for a pepsi. Jesus christ you fucking morons.
Noah Sanders
agreed. I notice when walking around downtown even on the weekends there are very few people out. Like you can walk blocks without seeing another soul. Compared to DC Seattle is much better. Politically yeah its a fuckhole and theres some weird fucking people there but I'd still take that over sesspool DC
Jayden Nelson
Cry all you want, but "liberal shitholes" are vastly superior to whatever you call conservative areas. There's a reason no she needs wants to live in Birmingham AL or Mississippi.
Elijah Walker
>A: Are you Coke or Pepsi here?
>B: Pepsi
>A: I'll have a Pepsi
Southerners also use pop rather than coke or pepsi as a general term. You could stand some time out of your Yankee shithole before discussing things you know absolutely nothing about.
Connor Garcia
>what's going on in seattle?!?! things are going well aren't they?!?! why are prices suddenly going down?!
I love the panic in their writing.
Jacob Allen
800 a month is out of reach for most individuals under 35. you would have to cohabit with someone else to provide enough financial cushion and avoid working yourself to death.
Zachary Rogers
Maybe I'll finally be able to afford Frasier's apartment
Gavin Garcia
FUUUUUUUUCK I JUST BOUGHT ONE THERE
>I WILL NEVER GET THAT MONEY BACK
I WILL NEVER GET THAT MONEY BACK
>I WILL NEVER GET THAT MONEY BACK
Dylan Nelson
>hi i'll have a coke
>sorry we don't have coke only pepsi
>oh ok i'll drink my own piss then thanks
David Sanders
Isn't DC like 80% black? How do they afford to live there?
Jose Bennett
No they don't. I lived in the south all my life and p people just asked for the drink they want and we never, ever understood this stupid debate
Kevin Kelly
>800 a month is out of reach for most individuals under 35
Caleb Ward
It's coming to every city. Nobody wants to live around those TDS commies anymore.
Liam Russell
please let this be the market crash coming
we need a serious purge in the housing market
Easton Reyes
I've lived in Seattle for ten years or so. The city has gone to shit. There's a terrible homeless infestation and extremely high rent prices.
Nathan Myers
by living in section housing. Our tax money builds affordable housing and they take over it like cockroaches. So you'll have really nice areas that have 1mil+ houses and a block over is the nigger cesspool. Then we have the spics and POOS that have a family of 20 living in a 1 bedroom. Just drop the nukes here please.
Liam Perez
.....Because they are full of blacks
Christopher Clark
i'm incorporating other expenses like auto insurance, cell phone/internet, health insurance and electric. add all those together and the average young person would have to be working an unhealthy amount of hours just to maintain an independent lifestyle.
Jeremiah Anderson
what city isnt like that?
Christian Hill
>to be fair
please kys, retarded plebbitor
Logan Murphy
TAKE THAT ELITES
Nathan Hall
(((market correction)))
Robert Watson
oh fuck off
it's the jews keeping the bubble as it is
corrections are what we fucking need, and we need more than one
learn to economics faggot
Owen Harris
>800 a month is out of reach for most individuals under 35
Maybe some places where wages are a lot lower. 15 years ago I lived in a Studio downtown and was able to make my 700$ rent making min wage and working 40 or less hours per week.
Prices are probably dropping cause theres a huge percentage of vacancy and for some reason they just continue to build apartments
Brandon Bailey
Have they implemented sharia law in Italy yet? And why are Italians so fucking ugly. Is it because Arabs and Turkroaches have raped their way through your gene pool?
Leo Peterson
That is the point I was making knucklehead. They pushed to market to the brink and are now obligated correct it; else new regulations incoming making houses affordable again.
Leo Thomas
that is basically living on a razor edge, have a few sick days and the whole house of cards comes crumbling down.
Ian Long
Remind you that min wage is around 15$
Nathan Rivera
i live in the midwest and pay 400ish for a 2 bedroom condo.
Camden White
oh, here min wage cant even hope to house someone in a one bedroom for 800 a month.
Jaxon Bell
>living in Seattle
>ever
Yeah nah
Jason Ross
No one said it's idea but when you're 21
Adrian Taylor
I'm
>inb4source
Chinese intel knows I'm kegit.
I posted evidence Trump was going to begin siezing Chinese holdings in the U.S. beginning with building housing police precincts.
The market crash in Seattle started right after my post. It is where I posted from.
It is in the Archives you lazy Bums.
Dig.
Dug.
Sebastian Clark
At the time I was talking about min wage was 9$
Aaron Campbell
>pedo kike larping as human
ahahahahahahahahha
Carson Hernandez
well if you put it that way, yes
this housing crisis will fuck up trump though, he hasn't been doing shit to prepare for it and at this point it cannot be prevented, only mitigated
Andrew Carter
where i'm at, unique economic factors have caused a sudden increase in rent that is almost peer with areas that have a higher min wage. and yet the wages are too low. the leasers are catering to out of state invaders who already have high wages since their company's moved with them.
Hudson Johnson
>housing prices go up by $400k
>have to price them at $300k over where they were before to move them
>"Seattle BTFO they lost $100k it's all over"
Jow Forums in a nutshell.
Jace Sanders
you can make 3x in seattle though
Landon Johnson
>Amazon announces national plan to move out of Seattle
>home prices drop
What could possibly be the cause?!!!!
Lucas Price
curious where you're at and does your city have rent control? That was one of the major problems in Seattle is that there was none..
Luke Jackson
minimum wage, no matter where you lived 15 years ago could not have been more than $8/hour anywhere in the US no matter where you lived.
That is $1280/month minus roughly $320 for taxes and $700 for rent leaves you with $260 a month for food, any applicable utilities, gas, car, car payments, insurance, medical costs, phone etc..etc..etc.
In other words you are completely full of shit just like every other brainlet on this board who tries to argue minimum wage is a living wage on this board. I make a lot more than minimum wage but I like to keep the discussion honest and I would like to see anyone who works full time to be be able to sustain themselves and not rely on the government to keep a roof over their head or otherwise go the 3rd world route of shared living to make it affordable.
Josiah Evans
I'm literally paying $1,200/month for a studio right now. All it has is a bedroom and tiny bathroom; no kitchen. So glad I'll be moving out next month
Robert Kelly
I live in South America
Lucas Walker
Amazon's not moving out.. They're building a 2nd headquarters elsewhere but they're just finishing a 30 floor building downtown
Thomas Kelly
my boomer dad sold his fucking condo in downtown a month ago and moved to Jefferson county where the houses are like 60k with a huge cash profit
the boomers always find a way to win
Leo Lopez
Liberal shitholes themselves are great, it’s just the liberal assholes that make them shitholes
Daniel Gutierrez
why are you hating me? :_:
Tyler Kelly
the bubble is close to popping you numbskull, it's the warning before the earthquake
Ian Baker
Kegit muh mang. Hope you’re right
Adam Lee
based and redpilled
Ryan Young
>working in DC
>also living in DC
Why not just move to NoVA with all the other carpetbaggers? The rent is half as much and it's a lot more livable.
Dominic Anderson
Desegregation policies
Sebastian Bell
Sorry, meant to reply to the guy you were replying to.
Kayden Davis
>Amazon's not moving out.. They're building a 2nd headquarters elsewhere but they're just finishing a 30 floor building downtown
I mean, a building is cool and all but they're building a campus in a major American city not named Seattle. Amazon "HQ2" will in no way be number 2 other than it came second.
Nolan Phillips
Wonder if there's a connection?
Jonathan Clark
I live in London and a very very shitty studio apartment in crime ridden area would cost £1200 minimum(including bille)
Jason Murphy
They don't ask for a Pepsi, they ask for a Dr. Pepper.
Connor Gutierrez
Amazon HQ2 will be in Austin
Jordan White
how is he wrong. he said most people
Joshua Baker
This is a bear trap. It will rise again. It's just the Jews trying to make retail owners try to sell quickly so they can buy up property before it goes back up.
It will really start to fall in a few years but not $price , the inflation rate will catch up and even something $800,000 today will be $800,000 in 2025 but $800,000 then will only be $600,000 in 2018 dollars.
Juan Cooper
I live in NOVA not DC. I have too many guns to live in DC. and its only marginally cheaper. NOVA is infested with beaners, chinks, and shitskins too. This whole area is fucked.
Levi Nelson
The Seattle area is absolutely beautiful. Hills, trees, water everywhere. Everything is green
Jackson Barnes
You're right.. Min wage was lower in 2003 and I made just over it plus tips. Rent was 700$ with all utilities included, no car payments cause I lived downtown, I really had no other bills to pay. I didn't have Internet, insurance (lol).
Like I said it wasn't idea but you make it work.
Dominic Barnes
Tax advantages gone. But this is good. We need some housing deflation right about now.
Ryan Wright
I live here you faggot, and not on JBLM either. Seattle, aka Pierce, King, and Snohomish county, is a festering sore on an otherwise red state.
>30 years ago it was great
Yeah, before half of California moved here.
Cameron James
Where the fuck are you walking in Seattle on the weekend that is deserted. People are everywhere especially in the summer.
Robert Rogers
This. I'll never forget when I got off the plane in Seatac from my last deployment to afuckistan and the smell of the pine green was absolutely fucking majestic. Everyone in here calling Seattle shit has a problem with the people. But thats every city.
Wyatt Sullivan
I was down by Pikes places bar hopping. Maybe the overcast kept the tourist inside? I dunno but compared to where I am at now it was empty.
Jose Thomas
I worked in Pike Place Market for several years and it was always a mad house.
Kevin Barnes
Would be pretty nice but I JUST FUCKING BOUGHT A HOUSE THERE LAST YEAR
Liam Morris
>Seattle
>Nigger infested
Have you traveled to the east coast or the south. Seattle is pretty fucking white. Lots of poo-in-the-loos on the eastside.
Isaiah Perez
fuckin uncircumcised moorish blood daygo
got black blood pumping thru your heart
Chase Butler
Americans don’t get paid for sick days?
Bentley Williams
I love how you're acting like property taxes aren't 2 fucking percent annually in Texas.
William Smith
and that is a good thing.
Kayden Roberts
only so many in x period of time
but if you get really sick it's not up to you how many days your out
Brandon Howard
>Americans don’t get paid for sick days?
Pending where you work.. Being paid X amount of sick days is used as a perk by employers
