Well right now, I have an uncle living with me who's on probation until December, so that means no weed or alcohol in the house. It pisses me off a bit, especially since I had to move all of my guns to a family members house. smoking "cannabis" is definitely degenerate behavior. i wouldn't necessarily say weed is bad, because it's actually quite an amazing tool for mellowing out sometimes, but when you're high you're sedated and no longer necessarily feel compelled to concentrate on what matters in your life. this is quite attractive to depressed people and sucks some unfortunate souls in head over heels.

getting high also turns people into lazy adult babies who don't do well in life because they avoid lots of responsibility and lack ambition. it makes you a more weak and docile person, and can render you undatable in womens eyes.

Smoking pot isn't bad. (not talking health wise, thats another debate). Its the annoying culture that surrounds it.
You know that vape meme, "We get it, you vape!"? Its like that. You see some faggot with dreadlocks, tiedye shirt, and all that hippy shit on, and its basically the same "We get it, you smoke pot". Its over the top, outlandish, and in the early 70's it was used to rebel against society, but now its just cliche and annoying. It's pretentious without trying to a degree.
I don't run around advertising Jamison Whiskey, constantly talking about all the times I've drank it, but I drink a glass almost daily. Just like how I come home and smoke a bowl daily. No one knows that I smoke, because my marijuana habit has absolutely no merit in society. No one gives a fuck that I smoke. It's just something I do. If someone "catches" me, so be it, who cares?
The problem is, even though the vast majority of pot users are JUST like me, its the vocal minority that make the culture taboo still. It's those phish faggots who discovered weed less then a year ago, and hit the drugs super fucking hard. They are the ones who start "businesses". They're the faggots who think that opening a headshop in a mom n' pop town won't have any negative repercussions by the community. Basically, it's those faggots that make us all look bad, and put marijuana laws 20 years behind where they should be.
