In a conventional police state all crime would be harshly punished (modulo corruption), and the police would tend to be militarised with cool RWDS aesthetics. The sad reality of bongistan is that our police are chronically under-resourced, not allowed to respond effectively even to full blown riots and largely ignores entire classes of serious crime like paki rape gangs for fear of being called "racist" *BUT* if you as a well-meaning white person accidentally park in the wrong place or offend a non-white you can expect immediate consequences.
