I don't know how to put this into greentext but long story short I holed a 37'er on a reef and had to bail for a over a hundred miles to get to port. I was lucky to have thought of bringing extra bilge pump, plumbed it into the sink in the galley. Was a stupid mistake, big currents, underpowered engine. Got to close and that was it.
