Alright Anons, Northern Arizona fag here, driving to business lunch at 12:30 AZ Time, see two Apache Gunship Helicopters flying into Sedona. On each other's ass and hanging low to the deck. One goes into attack position over the other one as they hover into Sedona proper. One lands (of goes low, can't verify from my position at stop light as I'm like Holy Fuck) and then leaves. Huge fixed wing military plane seen several days before (not by me but senpai member) and reported as "hovering" (which does not fit usual plane flight) seen by locals before. McCain (Cornville, AZ) is several miles away as is Sedona Hidden Valley secret base which is suffering from forest fire. Weird evac? Nothing to see here? Or something is afoot? Sedona flight tracker does NOT show the helicopters seen today or the fixed wing mil aircaft from last week.

Years ago I was in Tuscon driving down the road and see a huge cargo plane and it looked odd, and was flying way to slow. I stop the car and get out beside the road and the thing slows to a stop, hovers for a minute with a rocking motion, then continues on. Was painted camo, have never seen anything like it before or after.

I'm intrigued because of what I saw, was just unreal. Military cargo planes can't hover. Camo was like, pixelated. Sort of like German tarnfleck. Was really low, maybe 1,500' right above me. Nobody else noticed. Now at least I know I wasn't seeing things.

So at biz lunch was talking to guy who works for a local jeep tour operator (there are several so still user lol) and he mentioned the huge fixed wing hovering earlier last week as did my friggin mom (70+ years old but has all her marbles and was like I'm old but not crazy, you do the internet, wtf?!).

Decided to bite and a single Google search gave plausible deniability.
*Attack position was one helo was way above the other. Both had been flying where one looked like it was chasing after the other. Then when they stopped, one was maybe half-a-football field length up and pointing down towards other and just hovering. The other stopped and slowly went down to tree line out of sight. Thought it was weird when other was chasing it as I drove into town to suddenly stop, raise up, and point down toward other which made descent. That's all. Whole thing was weird. We've got lots of tourists and shit here. Typical helicopter activity is tourist fags want to see red rocks in red helicopters.These were obvious military.
