That's true, if you can just pass a law and revoke it it's not really a right

You killed my bf you freak

Therefore rights don't exist

Explain Europe or my country. We have a reasonable limitations clause that ensures our rights can always be curtailed.

carlin was a liberal faggot who made jokes against white people non stop. always attacking rich, white, conservative, good people. despite the fact that he was some catholic faggot from the bronx, he non stop shit on white people. his entire catalog is hating on white people. all of his jokes are hating on white people.

but everyone thinks he's a prophet. he was a jew tool idiot who plays both sides and didn't give a shit and knew it, and made all his money ruining your life for his own personal gain.

fuck carlin, that un-funny faggot. completely unfunny. literally, not funny. but amazing at brainwashing you, to make you agree with what he's said.

think about that.

Dinesh BTFO

Just because a Right can be violated, doesn't mean that Rights don't exist. That's like saying, "Trees don't exist because I can cut them down."

>tfw my right to free 300AD Roman olive oil and bread has been violated since my birth.

Why even live bros

Are you familiar with the concept of Natural Rights? How about the difference between Positive and Negative Rights? Why are speech and self-defense the first two Rights enshrined in the Bill of Rights? Do you understand how these Rights may be suppressed by violence, but cannot be removed by a legal fiction? Do you grasp the idea that Rights exist independent of words on paper, and continue to exist whether or not a given power structure chooses to acknowledge or defend them?

This. And he was Grandpa Fedora.

No, explain it all oh wise one

Examples?

>Oh, we're so oppressed. America is such a tyranny.

Boomer hippies.

Sounds like cuckservative garbage to me.

A law is only as good as your ability to enforce it. Likewise, I don't see how rights exist without the ability to protect and enforce them. They're just ideas made up by people and forced upon the society through violence. Like nearly everything else.

You really think rights exist regardless of whether they are enforced or not like you could plot them on the elemental chart? Like they're a plant or a dog or some kind of tangible thing?

Carlin was blue-pilled all the way. He shat on Christians, Americans, government, the military. It is all so fucking tiresome. Looking back, everything from the 1960's to the 1990's that we were told was "alternative" and "counter-culture" was the same fucking short list of bullet-points.

He did clever stuff with language, thats about it. After he died they interviewed his brother, he used the word "man" in almost every sentence. They were just grandpa hippies.

pretty much this, yea.
he had some golden moments, but only because he had so MANY moments talking about political shit nobody else touched. even a dead dogs ass is right twice a day.. you know the saying.

Start with some deep-dive research into these topics. You will emerge a better person and able to speak intelligently on this matter with a better understanding of foundational moral principles of the natural world.

Here's a bit to get you going:
You may retaliate or punish or kill a person for speaking out, but you cannot take the right to speak away. The choice to speak or not to speak exists exists within, inherent to the nature of the individual, and any person may choose to speak out, even if such consequences may include death. The same goes for self-defense. You may defeat a person in combat through application of superior force, but you cannot remove their Right to fight. These are exclusively personal choices that cannot be taken from you. Rights may be violated through use of force, but they cannot be destroyed or removed; only the expression of these Rights may be suppressed or punished by violence.

I hope this helps point you towards better understanding.

q-user level drop for you anons who have half an idea of whats actually going on

you wonder who the globalists really are? look no further then the hashashin

seem a bit farfetched? you had an assassin as the american president - obama or osama? see the tricks they are playing on you

you had muslims running your country for 8 YEARS and you wonder why its so divided/screwed up

europe has been invaded , the EU government in brussels (paid off) is compliant with the liberal agenda that turns the men into women and the women into men during this time there has been a mass migration of islamic fighters into the EU - islam and only islam benefits from this agenda

the same has been planned for america - where did all the clinton foundation money come from - qatar? where else? any conflict of interest there??

now tell me how many of you have ever CONSIDERED going to saudi arabia or iran or even a gulf state - no terror attacks there - all united under islamic law

how this? saudi arabia and iran are actually working together (yes) the persian empire whos tentacles spread as far as the federal reserve in the US

your all chasing jews while the rothschilds are not actually jews and they are complicit in all this along with soros - see how bad the hashashin illusion is?

if your going to look for a youtube video to swallow this red pill with im afraid you probably wont find one

now is the right time to release this.

Of course it does. However, it also means I am free to refuse to associate with you if I deem such association as harmful to myself, my family or my community. Freedom means I cannot stop your "degenerate" behavior by force, and you cannot force me to support or condone it.

Basically this. Unintelligent people worship him because he had a way of stealing relatively basic political or philosophical concepts and repackaging them by adding the words “dude,” “fuck,” and “man.”

Take OP’s image for instance. The idea that rights come from government and are not transcendent principles is not a novel or original redpill. It’s an extremely common position that has existed for thousands of years in political philosophy.

Just because someone can use force to make you to stand in the shade, that doesn't make the sun cease to exist. Rights are eternal principles which derive from the state of the natural world. They can be violated by force, but they cannot be destroyed nor caused to not exist by any action of man.

Are you libertarian?

I am. However, I am not an Anarcho-Capitalist. I am a Minarchist. I believe a government should exist for the sole purpose of defending and guaranteeing that every person is free from interference in the expression of their Natural Rights. This is best expressed in the Non-Aggression Principle. This Minarchist form of government precludes compulsion to involuntarily participate in any social interaction, thus no Positive Right may he ascribed (no welfare, no "free" education or healthcare, etc).

Yes, I’ve heard that line of thought too. I was just pointing out that George Carlin’s “redpill” isn’t original at all or groundbreaking. Anyway, “rights” are spooks. They only exist insofar as they are guaranteed by a government with the use of force. They only exist as defined by legal code. To take any other position is to make a giant leap of faith that you couldn’t possibly prove.

How do libertarians define natural rights?
Curious about their idology

Seth Rich and mass shootings. Go back to bed, America

Two words. Smart dust.

Also, look into "deontological libertarianism" which serves as the basis for the NAP. It is a fair criticism to say that these beliefs are a form of "religion", as they accept a certain amount of a priori assumptions, however those beliefs are also based in observation of the natural world, undergirding the NAP with a scientific and logical basis as well.

Rights are spooks, might is right
