Eery fucking time the BBC and Guardian moan about this they always fail to mention that we are inviting about 5-6 million people per decade to come and live here - of course there's a fucking housing shortage.
home ownership is fake, there are rates and fees and levies and taxes and bills upon bills to pay, long after you've "paid off" the place.
Kayden Torres
Not the point, Kyle.
Carson Lopez
Yeah I got quite lucky and bought right after uni, honestly not sure I could afford it now, at the time I empted my savings for the deposit.
Of course now I am on the ladder I don't have to worry but I would rather live in a country where people can buy a house without so much life altering trouble - like it was not long ago.
Jose Ramirez
Kyle is such a derro name lol I will name you Sanjip
Ryder Hall
I live in a very high tax state, and all those taxes and fees total ~$4,000 per year for my house. It's far cheaper than renting. Even with the mortgage I'm still paying less than I was for an apartment half the size, and I have 2 acres of land now instead of none.
Nicholas Cox
Cool. Lookin' diverse!
Asher Walker
>right after uni
Which was when?
Kevin Carter
fpbp
If you had a near steady state population, there could be no housing crisis. In fact, eventually, families would come to own a couple houses and would just circulate these homes through their generations. Inheriting a house means young people would being saving 40-60% of their income. Which would allow them to invest in their families and communities.
and people will call you a Nazi for daring to suggest that immigration is less than a beautiful thing
Justin Edwards
Housing is starting to correct in London and Sydney.
The Chinks are starting to get scared. Costs of borrowing are going up and it's starting to have an impact.
Soon...brothers..
Aiden Richardson
>cheaper than (((renting)))
wew
David Long
And who do you think is lobbying for politicians to bring those cheap brown migrants? The bourgeoisie who hire them... This IS a class warfare situation. Corporate cuckolds like this don't get it.
Jordan Rivera
>Any homeowners here? yes, but I live in burger land where houses are cheap outside democratic shit holes
James Ross
meanwhile housing in Russia is getting cheaper because construction boom and fairly stable demographics. why isn't there more construction in the West?
I think the Bernie Sanders and Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez supporters are well meaning. They just suck at math and logic and don't understand that we are in a struggle for scarce resources. Land is limited. Petroleum is limited. Water. Electricity, etc.
Nathan Rivera
>STOP >PAKISTANI >HOUSING >ABUSE
Elijah Adams
This. I'm a homeowner but even when I took on a mortgage it meant sacrifices. Holidays? Forget that shit as after I started paying for mine I couldn't afford one for 7 years. I tended to use the time off to catch up with stuff around the house anyway. Now? Bloody impossible when there's so much immigration.
Bentley Brooks
When did you take on a mortgage? What year and what age?
Eli Morales
Muslims have a habit of illegally renting their council houses, councils know this but are too spineless to act. They get schooled in cheating the system before they even get here.
Cooper Taylor
Thanks for that. I was curious to know how white Canada was.
Kevin Anderson
I don't own a house but I do own a house cat. Lol. Can't wait for you boyfriend cum over and fill me up with cum! Straight guy here.
100% Fag Smut.
Eli Davis
Not to my face and fuck em if they do anyway. Anyone who tries that shit with me gets a lecture or a smack in the mouth. Why are the younger generation so passive with this shit? They tried it when I was a teenager and all they got was a head first assisted dive into the canal.
Gabriel Wilson
Just point out the numbers. It doesn't even have to be due to immigration. More people = lower wages More people = higher housing prices Pitch them the idea I laid out. That of maintaining property and assets across generations.
Nolan Bailey
White Canada doesn’t exist anymore. It’s Canadistan Republic of Islamic People or (CRIP) because you have niggers too.
Stop, user. Just stop. I don't want to think bad of you, but you seem hellbent on coming across as a horrible racist. Turn down the air, but don't come to bed tonight. Just stop.
Just for reference, the Canadian census doesn't register "White" explicitly, but rather "Visible Minority", which essentially means non-white.
Zachary Baker
>White Canada doesn’t exist anymore. It’s Canadistan Republic of Islamic People or (CRIP) because you have niggers too. Canada is only 3.2% Muslim. A bit over 1 million Muslims in Canada. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Islam_in_Canada
Jayden King
And honestly btw I am more sympathetic to Muslims than I am Jews
Nathan Harris
And other nonwhites?
Aaron Rogers
Jews make up only 1.1% of Canada en.wikipedia.org/wiki/History_of_the_Jews_in_Canada but their percentage share of the wealth in this country is probably huge. I would be far more concerned about the Jews already here destroying this country and selling it off to the highest bidder than the Muslims.
Gavin Hughes
Is ownership defined as having a (((mortgage))) for 30 years?
Jeremiah Nguyen
been there done that, they just start suggesting that you view right wing propaganda and are going down a "dark road" before demanding that the subject be changed. I didn't realise just how strong the conditioning is in other people until started debating the general public.
Parker Edwards
Yes, but even that is beyond the reach of most young white Brits.
Ryder Lopez
You need a min 10% deposit or they wont even look at you.
Jacob Long
I'm for Muslim immigration if they will eliminate the Jews who are destroying Canada. Like putting a spider in your house (the lesser evil) to kill the blood-sucking bed bugs (Jews).
Jack Ross
Better than paying (((rent))) for your entire life, and at the end of it Shlomo holds the deed to “your” house
Luis Long
White people don't have the balls to stand up to the Jew anymore. But the Muslims do. And the Blacks. Black Muslims especially Like my nigga Ice Cube right here. Ice Cube named the Jew. He's /ournigger/ youtube.com/watch?v=bvRc7pwnt0U

I'm 31, was 25 when I signed my life away to the Jew, got married, and had a kid.
I'm about 3 years away from having it paid off (only a 2 bed, 1.5 bath on 1/4 acre). Taxes are $2k/yr, then (((insurance))). Needs a $6k new roof and a shitton of other stuff.
I'd give up my job and family and bullshit (((education))) and (((net worth))) and (((job))) for a few acres inna woods to build a cabin with my own hands and be the one to answer to my downfalls and reap my rewards.
Jace Reyes
So which are you, Muslim or Black?
Liam Moore
Isn't it possible for you to find a job in the same industry somewhere more rural, e.g. on the edge of some medium-sized town?
Zachary Hernandez
The boomers are dying, housing costs should be plumetting but its not. You know why?
IMMIGRATION.
You have no birthright, you are a slave to the landlords who flood you with competition to fight.
Its about keeping the mouse on the wheel.
William Butler
>So which are you, Muslim or Black? So you'd rather suck Jewish cock (Britain has been sucking Jewish cock for a long time) rather than ally with the Muslims and Blacks? The Jews have sold your country out to the highest bidder. They are responsible for the high rents and housing prices.
Isaac Scott
We don't need mass Muslim immigration though. We just need to import ISIS terrorists who are hell-bent on exterminating the Jews.
Elijah Cruz
Not the point, Sanjiip
Oliver Allen
>Not redpilling your gf till she's even more racist than you.
Pathetic.

I work for a big company copy and pasting nothingness for no reason, just like 90% of office workers.
I've tried getting any other job for the past 4 years, but my nothingness doesn't align with the nothingness of others.
If I were to try for a remote position, I'd be competing with hundreds of thousands for the lowest salary possible.
Fuck this timeline.
Aaron Cruz
IKTF
What degree do you have?
Isaac Turner
Anyone else just getting angrier and angrier by the minute
Jayden Robinson
>I work for a big company copy and pasting nothingness for no reason, just like 90% of office workers. >I've tried getting any other job for the past 4 years, but my nothingness doesn't align with the nothingness of others. >If I were to try for a remote position, I'd be competing with hundreds of thousands for the lowest salary possible. >Fuck this timeline. accelerationism will set us free. The problem with our society is that 95-99% of us are essentially slaves. but the vast majority of us are too comfortable or have too much to lose to bother to revolt. And we have allowed government to become so big in size that it is going to be impossible for the people to take down the military.
Thomas Carter
General business. I regret going to college. Shoulda fallen for the trade meme.
Xavier Carter
Because the Jews are tricking us to “fund your 401k and IRA goyim, the markets allllwaaays go up”.
Land. Land is the only true palpable investment. Fuck I need to go buy more right now.
Jack Evans
(((buying houses))). property should be passed down and expanded/improved from generation to generation. multigenerational homes are normal and it's only (((recent developments))) that have made them taboo.
funny thing is, they just go "nuh uh" when i bring this up to them, as if migrants don't occupy housing or something. fucking moronic cunts.
Julian Phillips
Well at least it wasn't humanities my man. Plenty of people fell for that meme, and fell hard.
Noah Rivera
>funny thing is, they just go "nuh uh" when i bring this up to them, as if migrants don't occupy housing or something. fucking moronic cunts. It's because the bourgeoisie's wealth is threatened by scrapping mass immigration. They need cheap brown labour to make their profits and see their portfolio go up. They want to cram a bunch of Poos in one rental house to maximise profit. If you want an efficient way to take care of the problem, import ISIS terrorists and let them go nuts in the financial district in London. They'll take care of your asset bubble problem.
Elijah Morales
Not to go full brown 'late stage capitalism', but Big Business and the stock market have become God. Somehow 'We the people' are now the stock market. If it's up, we should be happy and grateful. Couldn't imagine. College should be sliced to a third of what it is.
Wyatt Powell
>bought land >been building a house slowly but surely for the last 5 years, only me, my dad and uncle doing the entirety of the work >gonna be sitting comfy in a home with a yard and a pool without needing to pay some astronomical price
nah, family has always lived together on the farm and it's been like this for most generations. If someone gets married and has kids they usualy move out because there isn't enough space. Same with my friends that I know, there are people in their 20's and even 30's who still live at home.
Why the fuck would you spend money to move away from your family into a shittier home away from you home?
Nicholas Parker
You still have ton of other things where money goes, you cant just spend everything on a house. Making one is an easy and cheap part, the plumbing, electricity, isolation and the other finishing touches are what makes things drag on.
Carter Carter
Yea. Live in a pretty cheap area though.
And parents are lower middle class so had less expenses for a few years (I rented one of there property) at about 60% going rate
Idk about your neck of Europe, but the housing crisis in the IS is bullshit. Most young people aren't buying houses because they're choosing to live in expensive areas, apparently prefer renting because it's more immediately convenient, not saving money, and not taking out mortgages. I bought a house in college and continue to rent it out to such young people and bought a place in FL to go back to when I'm in the states. Both are decent single family homes with 2 full baths, a garage, and a yard. Neither cost more than $140k and neither is more than a 30min drive from a major city.
Christian Johnson
>shaping your life based in what women think of you
Juan Nguyen
>dumbass boomer buying multiple properties and wondering why young people can't afford a place of their own
Sudoku immediately
Ryder Morgan
But ISIS are the Jews mercenaries.
They were meant to take southern Syria from Assad and make that land annexed by israel. If you thought the Jews were tough on you, you're in for an awakening when you realise what they have done to Syria. They already stole the Golan Heights.
Austin Garcia
what are you implying here, bong?
Brody Powell
Lol, go ahead and be afraid of taking out a note while you spend your life an itinerant serf renting from actual jews forcing you to abide by agreements on their terms, paying for the privilege of maintaining their property for them. You won't get jew'd on interest unless you let someone jew you.
Depends. Idk about Australia but in FL taxes are hella low. My house is also on a homestead lot too and I pay about $400 a year in property taxes, which is hilariously less than the rental I have in PA.
Isaiah Howard
Mass immigration means infinite demand for finite housing. Natives can't compete forever against global capital. Young natives are especially disadvantaged as they compete for entry-level properties against established couples from overseas who have more capital, saved over many years, to compete against the young natives.
Young natives end up living in shithole sharehouses or with their parents or moving away from their family and friends to areas with less economic prosperity and opportunity where prices for land and property are reduced.
The social effect of this are native-flight from the most desirable places of a country.
The only young natives who can buy are those who are given lump sums or loans from family. Some of these loans bankrupt the family if they go sour, some don't. Overall the rich inheritee young native ends up living in a multiculti city that is nothing like what his/her parents/grandparents/great-grandparents/great-great-grandparents knew.
Eli Cox
I'm 30, and I was 23 when I bought that first place. It was cheap as fuck and I spent my free time not working or studying fixing it up and improving it. Learned a lot about wiring, plumbing, etc. and rented out the other rooms to pay the note and turned it into a pretty nice place. Anybody can do it.
But you won't.
You'll fucking whine about it.
Again, idk about your part of Europe. But in the US there are tons of affordable properties that young people aren't buying, but totally could. Maybe they don't want to commute, maybe they want to live in a downtown area, maybe they're irrationally afraid of loans. Idk. I just know they're whining about a lack of affordable housing when it clearly exists. You can actually get a house in NYC for under $200k if you don't mind living in one of the outer boroughs.
Zachary Ortiz
american phenomenon mainly
Jackson Garcia
I have houses in Pa and Fla also, taxes are cheaper in florida..even without homestead on our florida rentals they are cheaper than Pa house
Christian Reyes
yeah even dumps in need of repair are expensive in this country
Christian Ramirez
>You can actually get a house in NYC for under $200k if you don't mind living in one of the outer boroughs. You can't be serious? Housing is way more expensive in suburban Toronto. Is the real estate market in New York really that depressed? lmao
Brody Ross
Getting a $300k inheritance from grandparents soon
Apparently I cannot afford anything with this unless its 200km away from the nearest city.
Is there anyway I could turn that $300k into $1000k so I can at least buy something within range of city?
and that is why you are ahead in this game...and it truly is a game...nothing more...game to see who can make their lives easier/better before you die..the majority sit and cry about it being someone else`s fault whether black blaming white, white blaming jew, millennial boomer, dem blaming rep, etc etc etc etc etc until time for lights to go out
Ian Martin
Stupid weeb, I think you've been drinking too much sake.
Joseph Flores
I own property and put a 5th wheel on it.
Leo Morgan
>$300K inheritance
Does this actually happen?
I don't know anyone in the UK who have inherited anything like this.
Adam Bailey
robustly drubbed in the comments, with good reason
she's probably a landlord lol
Josiah Cook
i know someone who inherited £40,000 as well his 3 brothers, lucky cunt. i'm inheriting nothing more than gut problems, depression, and increased risks of cancer.
Adam Sanchez
$300k....do it right and you are set..look into rental units, rest of the dweebs on this board will be renting for the rest of their lives...I started with $25k when I was 18 in `83 from drunk driver..put in stock market, bought land and sold it...bought houses...now no longer need to work at 50
Jacob Watson
No there not / depends where you live.
Landon Morales
28 years old now and has owned my own home since 25, even my 25 year old sister just bought her first house. Get gud.
Daniel Myers
Yes but if you live in a shithole, I doubt you'll have the kind of job and financial backing necessary to buy a house in your early 20s.
Xavier Barnes
Lol, I know right? The PA place is over $3k a year in taxes. Its ridiculous. That's supposed to be my beer/ammo fund.
I've never looked because I think living in UK would be a punishment. I've looked extensively in Slovenia, Malta, and Estonia though. They aren't too bad at all though the sub $100k properties tend to be... rustic.. and serious fixer-uppers. Its kinda a fun dream but I doubt I'd ever pull the trigger if only because of the work involved. If I'm back in the EU for anything I'll just stick to short term renting. Cheaper and nicer than a jewtel 90% of the time imho.
Dead serious. They aren't in the cool part of town and there are chink expats driving the market up for passports in preparation of the Chinese economy collapsing. I don't get why dudes in their 20's would rather pay $3k a month to rent a sub 1000sqft flat when they could have a 2 bedroom for $1k a month WHILE building equity.
I blame the schools honestly. Nobody fucking understand money anymore.
Easton Rogers
35 here. Renting a one bed flat in a shithole. No hope of home ownership before I'm 40.
On the plus side, my mom has just sold her house for £370,000 (market value £280,000) thanks to greedy developers wanting to cram some tiny semis into her back garden
Andrew Martinez
>thanks to greedy developers wanting to cram some tiny semis into her back garden
And I've just realised how disgusting that sounds
Gabriel Campbell
Wealthy people don't discuss inheritance for obvious reasons.
