Ok, I'll try to detail as much of what's in my head to see if some situation like this exists. Some things on my mind:

1. Still live in some sort of society outside of government property taxation that isn't some cult

2. Be able to contribute to that society with labor or services - I'm a structural engineer by trade, but I cultivate my own vegetable garden and I greatly enjoy the outdoors, specifically in the dales, or also in the Italian Alps every couple of years.

3. I would like to participate with society at large on my own terms. I don't want to have to pay income tax, sales tax, property tax etc.

4. I'm open to all climates except desert.

5. I'd like to eventually start a family and choose how to raise my children without government mandate.
