I've never met any myself (my path was boarding school > posh university > London finance job) but I'm sure the Germans and Dutch on here have some tales.
I've met some Syrians too but they were loaded and clearly swimming in money.

I got robbed two times at knife point while coming back from work at the train station.
In the first case by two very dark africans, the second time by four somalis.
I got so scared of my life that I took a credit card debt of 3000 EUR in december 2017 to move 120km to another city. I had an experience with armenian refugees. Actual refugees. They hated it here, they didn't want to integrate, just go back home, and ended up getting a job quite quickly and never causing trouble.
Years later I met 3 false refugees. Somalian. My company gave them work. Two of them were chill and worked well, but there was a muslim terrorizing the other two all the time while doing nothing and was very problematic. Ended up quitting the job because his family managed to get 5000€/month in gibs (I-kid-you-not).
I had a friend that was a volunteer to get pussy. He said that there was two kinds of illegals. Yeah, they're generally fine. Funniest encounter was some guy buying cheap Aldi beer at 11am who then continued to stroll down the street drinking with his hijabed up wife and a baby stroller thing. When the first wave of them came to Munich, we had a good hundred of them in our store, buying cheap smartphones with 500€ bills while trying to steal the more expensive ones.

We took the same bus sometimes and we're told to be rude to 'teach why their behavior is bad'. I'm a pussy and I felt bad when I told a young black woman not to sit near me, and she looked unhappy.
The asylum for minors near the stadium is quite nice, the volunteers make hem do soccer exercise constantly, and a pair of them got taken into the local soccer team.

Actual Syrians don't seem bad. The worst experiences I've had are with Afghans who kept shitting up public Transportation here at the height of the "refugee" crisis.
Kept chimping out in the trains causing huge delays because the train had to wait for the police to haul them off at the next station. One time one of them felt the need to beat up his wife in the wagon I was in or something like that, and there were some off duty policemen there too which promptly snatched him and treated him accordingly.

I live in a tiny rural town and the only immigrants we have are some somalis working in orange and tomato camps. No one has ever interacted with them, and sometimes they find them dead thrown in the river. No one speaks out cause these camps are under mafia control

My uncle also told me he worked with syrians when he was young and to always watch my back around them. However i met one christian syrian from facebook and he seemed based and spitted on islam and his profile was covered in christian posts.
Anyway as for directly dealing with refugees i had no experience. Once 2 years back there was a massive rebellion in a refugee center with afghan refugees but it was quickly subdued and police beat them up pretty badly. Later on there were protests by muslims at the bulgarian embassy in UK but our ambassador basically said he didnt care. Once we got a report of harassed woman at a train station they usually gather at before some trafficker picks them up but thats about it.
Got an afghan dude living-in. He's pretty chill and honest, atheist and works with 3DCG in the games industry.
Also have a friendship with a secular muslim dude from syria, he used to help with charities and shit in the swedish church and was aspiring to be an architect, pretty based guy.

I live in the Ruhrgebiet and for over a decade now, the buses don't open their rear doors until everyone who gets in has got in at the front. Everybody has to either pay the bus driver or show his season pass. This guy just walked past and the bus driver grabbed his arm and pulled him back.
I have met them a few times and the only ones that are annoying are the Somalians. The Muslims (sandniggers) weren't that bad and were mostly integrated into British society even though they were 1st generational immigrants - the 2rd generational immigrants (children of 1st) where fully integrated and even supported Liberal social policies although still being Muslim.

I got a haircut from an Afghan migrant in Germany. He told me he'd been in Germany for three years after spending six years in a refugee camp in Iran. He did a hell of a job and spent nearly an hour on my hair and beard, with a straight razor shave and hot towel treatment, all for just €10. Afterward he wanted to take a selfie with me to send to his uncle in America because I was his first American haircut.
Yeah I saw loads of them at the college I went to when I was training for my job. A lot of them are there for free and in receipt of free housing, benefits etc. Lot's of them are from countries where there isn't even a war.
Some of them were pretty cool. Some Eritrean guys invited me round their house for dinner and I went. They lived in a more civilised way than a lot of the white students I knew, they didn't drink, their house was spotless and they cooked for each other and ate together at the table in the evening. They got all their stuff for free though on the benefits system but I think they were intending to work when they finished their training in various blue collar industries.
