Well the IQ rise you are referring to is the simplification of some aspect of the IQ Test.

The drop in median iq is real. The fact that the few good ones score better does not exclude the massive drop in median scores. Its like we have a few smart generations increasing the volume of tests, then a dumb generation to tear it down again.

Common core doesn't explain the decline in IQ. the IQ score is measured by how well you can recognize patterns etc. A high IQ nigger won't be stopped by common core. The problem is that the low IQ youth celebrates baboon culture including not doing well in school.
