Asians are an ethnic minority in the USA. They have suffered discrimination: Chink deadline laws, internment, etc.
Nonetheless, they outperform all other ethnic groups in low crime rates, marital solvency, income, and education. Thus, they are living proof that America isn't that racist, and certainly isn't white supremacist (if it was, why do Asians outperform whites?), and indeed that American institutions are highly meritocratic. Asian's mere existence demonstrates that policies like affirmative action aren't just unnecesary, they're flat out wrong. Needless to say, pro-meritocracists, 'American Dream' style nationalists, and "land of opportunity" style liberals -AKA the Alt-Right - are well disposed to Asians.
Part 2: Asian countries are all homogenous ethnostates. A black can never be Japanese or Chinese. A lot of the Alt-Right like this idea, and believe that community solidarity is vital to prosperity and psychic wellbeing of a nation. Thus, they are well-disposed to Asians.
Also many alt-righters are fixated on IQ, and Asians have high IQ. Anyone who values hierarchies of competence naturally likes Asian societies and Asians.
