I was up in 161 range
Over the last year I have had ringing start in my head that doesn't allow me to think clearly anymore. Been to the doctors about it several times and it is not my ears, it is in fact in my head. For four months now it's been non stop, no more good sleeps for me and I've been making huge mistakes almost all the time.
I've changed my diet several times, gotten drunk as fuck, tried several medications (all of witch dumb me down) Nothing stops the ringing.........
I truly believe something sinister is going on to dumb the population down.
Screen time is only a couple hours a day
I live in north country of Canada surrounded by trees
Food is all local, no store bought shit, no fast food places
water is always 3x filtered comes from ice caps.
