With regards to race denial - this sort of charitable acceptance of migrants has only been a recent thing. Usually it has been for utilitarian reasons. ie the Irish in US, Blacks and Asians to UK post-war. And whilst never outright accepted in cultures, for the most part all of those races were able to assimilate over time. The same has not been true for recent migrants because there isn't a need for more labor in many of these economies. Where does race realism come in when migration has been part and parcel of having growing economies? I think its more indicitive of a further shift towards a more capital orientated economy.
