I know a woman who avoids her kids as much as possible, and yet she writes articles on work-family balance. The articles seem reasonable enough, but I know her family well enough to know that they're horseshit.

One of the members of my church adopted a baby from Africa. She's grown up to be a very fine upstanding woman. No need for the vulgar language.
