No, the viewers are all Chinese too. You have to understand that Chinese people do not have hobbies. At all. Women might be into shopping or taking pictures of food and men might like to drink and smoke while squatting on the street or visit prostitutes but they aren't like the west. People watch that for entertainment because there's nothing else to do when they're off work, nobody exercises, there are no guns, there is no car culture, there is no BBQ or cooking since it's just as cheap to go out to eat etc. Most streams used to be hot girls in lingerie doing normal stuff like smoking or doing yoga or eating but the government cracked down and they even ban the apps themselves now, not individual streams. So now what's left is the crazy but non-lewd stuff.
