>when your political cartoons even feature people shitting in public

What is this trying to convey?

I have no idea what the fuck's going on.

Kerala is under record breaking flooding.

I thought Keralia was the part of your country where all the civilized people were?

>the most civilized

dunno bro
think that user thinks someone will care about annual floods killing people who live in a flood zone.

I know, but what is the comic trying to convey? That the local religious authorities are doing nothing to help, while the Indian army, Nehru and the other 2 (that i don't know who are representing) are rushing to help them? Or is it something else?

>mink
Maybe a mink?

Pretty much. It's saying Modi, Khalsa Aid (a humantarian group), the RSS (a right-wing paramilitary group) and the army are actually getting or trying to get shit done in Kerala.
Meanwhile Cong(ress), the Left, the PFI (an Islamic organisation) and the Church are doing fuck all while farting up a coconut tree. I suspect there might be some wordplay there, OP please confirm.

>Christians are less than 20% of Kerala population
Yeah, I'm sure singling out the "Church" is completely justified

I like how "good" and "bad" guys are drawn slightly different.

>Nehru
>died in 1964
goddamn next you'll see churchill wants to run for british pm again.

20% is a big enough number.

in related news, 18% of india's population is muslim. 18% + 20% too many if you ask me.

meanwhile they all look the same.
human psyche is a funny thing, isn't it?

>that virat maths

I don't get it, what they are supposed to do? Humanitarian aid? Spend billions in dutch technology?

meh.
captcha took it away to soon. usually i do proof read.
in any case, i'm sure we can do away with 38% total population.

>Humanitarian aid?
this is what they are supposed to do instead of saving their own asses while the common people drown.

>this is what they are supposed to do instead of saving their own asses while the common people drown.
Can't help anyone if you're not in a position to do so.

I'm sorry for the insensibility of my question.
Are there means to do that and they postpone it into eternity? It's a huge country, there must the wealth enough to do that.

>not in a position to do so
the OP cartoon is trying to show that they obviously can help the people of kerala but they are only looking for their own asses.
such blatant accusations come from some basis in fact.

>Are there means to do that and they postpone it into eternity?
the flood is a recent on going crisis and the people on the tree are apparently only looking to save their own asses when they have all the resources to help the people.

>the OP cartoon is trying to show that they obviously can help the people of kerala but they are only looking for their own asses.
I certainly dont see that. I see 4 groups that would be in the same predicament if not for the tree.

A research was conducted that suggested categoriesing the western ghats as sensitive areas and restricting construction

you do not understand politics, then.

>drowning in a lake of poo

Let me see if I get it... Some tree-huggers would rather avoid build anything for "nature's sake" than to save the lives of the people drowning?

No, the cartoon does not convey what you state it does.

The very idea that one should throw themselves at a drowning man is ludicrous, anyway. So not only is the idea not conveyed well, it's a stupid idea.

truly autistic. and not even the good, useful kind.

not my fault that dotheads cant do anything right

You can't save them from drowning the geography is such
