user, I never leave my apartment/house after 9 or 10 pm. I'm a shut-in anyway. I only go out to get food and come back home. I would never walk around at night, even if I was with a group of friends. I like to feel safe and secure, and that is only in my place of dwelling. Not outside on the streets where the rapists and murders come out to play.
The only other time I'll feel comfortable being out at night is in my car. I go for night drives and they're cozy, but I'm in a car and not walking the streets at night. Big difference.
