I can't stand them. They are the worst. They are pure drama factories. Always some fucking interpersonal problem because of them. They all think that work is just an excuse to socialise with each other. They can never admit they were wrong and they are always playing power politics trying to get people fired. When shown that other people (men) are doing better than them on something objectively measurable, like sales or revenue produced they full of excuses about why they are not producing AND IT'S ALWAYS SOMEONE ELSES FAULT. I really got nothing to add OP, you've summed it up perfectly. Especially if you work in an office environment. But I have a friend who works in a call centre, his stories fill me with fear. If you work with a woman, she will usually be damn cool. But once you have a few more chicks in the same workplace they start going toxic. Knives come out for each other and they're always on the lookout for allies and victims. If you have Friday night drinks be careful, sure you bang a couple over the course of the year. But even that's getting dangerous now, has potential to get you sacked now.
Worked at a school. The teacher in a classroom didn't do something one of the teacher's aids wanted, so the teacher's aid starts gossiping about the teacher with all of the other teacher's aids, trying to find allies for her cause.
Then after trying to drag me into her meddling nonsense, she goes over the teacher's head to the principal, so that they can have a "collaborative meeting" where the teacher can be instructed to do what the teacher's aid wanted. Ends up in tit-for-tat insult spree between them until they have to transfer two teacher's aids because they didn't feel comfortable working with the teacher anymore.
God damn it, bitches, if you want to address an issue take it up directly with the teacher, don't jeopardize the teacher's job. And when you do address it, act like an adult and attempt to resolve conflict instead of stirring it up.
Another time, I had a female boss who seemed to loathe men. Treated me and this other male like dog shit, yelling at us and being super aggressive and nasty, saying shit like, "I've got some razor blades if you start feeling depressed" and shit like that. But when a super-feminist chick works in the same position and phones it in big time, she all happy and bright, "Oh, thanks, I really appreciate your hard work!" Fucking bitch.

My girlfriend works 2 12's and 4 9's doing manual labor, her sister on the other hand can barely hold down a job. We just hired a middle aged woman at my work though that doesnt do shit and has already been late and not showed up multiple times..i love my boss but im kinda pissed off he hasnt shitcanned her yet.
