So, if I am not mistaken, Cohen plead guilty to using money to pay off Stormy Daniels, and the problem wasnt the pay off, it was the lack of declaration? If so, who is in charge of declaring campaign expenses? Shouldn't they be in trouble?
Cohen?
I don't care leaf. With Jews you lose.
What did you mean by this?
Oh, is that supposed to be the epic got em? That he should have declared the hush money as a campaign donation?
twitter.com
Stormy Daniels lawyer Michael Avenatti calls Trump personal attorney Michael Cohen "radioactive."
"Anyone that had any contact with this man in the last 20 years should be very concerned about what secrets of theirs are within these documents."
RADIOACTIVE….URANIUM ONE
?
The treasurer of the campaign.
1488D chess?
I'm saying that the fact you need to declare campaign expenses, is stupid. If Hillary's daughter spent $500 to buy a Super-Flex 4589.5 vibrator to stick in her snatch in order to win votes, that's their business. Campaign donations are different. It's very dumb that this is considered anything.
Calm before the storm WINK ----> Stormy Daniels ----> Michael Avenatti/Michael Cohen ----> Cohen Raid "Michael Cohen is radioactive, anyone 30 years contact should be worried" ----> Kanye wakes up the blacks and says he loves Trump ---> Elon Musk gets the jews to name themselves on twitter ------> Roseanne calls out Valerie Jarret and sacrifices her show ------>Arizona pedo shit with Rothschild connection ------> North Korea summit ----> Space Force -----> Immigration standoff exposing obama era trafficking ----> UN pulls out of security council, Israel is pissed -----> DOJ handing over more documents (Israel is implicated) ----> Jews trying to start a civil war in the US to escape indictment ----> David Lynch tweets about Trump being one of the best Presidents ---> BTFO NATO ----> Summit with Putin, WW3 Averted, Putin hands over TBs of Data ----> Cohen tapes being released, Carter Page redacted FISA released. -----> Massive current uncovering of elite hollywood pedos and subsequent btfoing on twatters--->Elite pedo cult exposed (NXIVM)—>Rothschild bank being investigated for 4bil in fraud/missing funds--->Trump taking over the Fed---> Trump said hes willing to talk with Iran ——> Manafort case begins. —> Tony Podesta referred to prosecutors —> Test launch Anomaly on ICBM —> Meteor over Thule —> Attempted Mossad plane 9/11 2.0 that failed ——> Rothschild says global economic order is collapsing ——> Strzok gets fired ——> New IG report on the way ——> Omarosa N word tape (she secretly works for Trump) —-> Awan case finished up (immunity to rat out dems) —> Cohen & Manafort Cases make the press chimp out ——> ?
I hope President Trump is using the NSA to pwn these faggots.
>Whataboutism (also known as whataboutery) is a variant of the tu quoque logical fallacy that attempts to discredit an opponent's position by charging them with hypocrisy without directly refuting or disproving their argument,[1][2][3] which is particularly associated with Soviet and Russian propaganda.[4][5][6] When criticisms were leveled at the Soviet Union during the Cold War, the Soviet response would often be "What about..." followed by an event in the Western world.
Hmm... really makes me think
How exactly is whataboutism relevant here?
whataboutism isn't a real term. It's literally made up to deflect any and all LEGITIMATE discussions that (((you))) don't want ot have discussed.
WHATABOUTISM ISNT REAL
The Obama thing isn't relevant. I just needed an image. Dumbass.
You're confusing this with precedent.
...
>logical discussion is a Jewish trick
the more trump fails, the more entertaining this board gets. kek
Yep lol. Literally a paperwork violation. Nothing else illegal about any of it.
>Whataboutism is a term popularized by popular liberal propagandist John Oliver used to give retards a simple comeback when people point out their blatant hypocrisy
ftfy
This. Invoking a logical fallacy is about the least persuasive form of argument there is. It's like pointing out a spelling error and declaring victory.
Logical fallacies are not good but this op does not commit a logical fallacy... No one has addressed op's question.
Op's picrelated is unrelated to the question, but does provide useful background, namely, precedent; how these issues have been handled in the past.
dailywire.com
>“When the FEC wrote the regulation that says what constitutes campaign expenditures and what constitutes personal use, it rejected specifically the idea that a campaign expenditure was anything related to a campaign, and instead says it has to be something that exists only because of the campaign and solely for that reason.”
This is coming from the former chairman of the FEC. Obviously, keeping an affair secret from one's family and protecting one's professional reputation are non-campaign-related reasons. Thus, no campaign finance violation.
So what did Cohen plead guilty to?
As far as I understand it, he literally pled guilty to a crime he didn't technically commit as part of the plea deal. Him pleading guilty to something doesn't mean he actually committed that crime. It simply means, "I'm pleading guilty to this so I don't die in prison."
Yeah, it seems more like a procedural error than anything.
The leftists are flat out ignoring the constant shifting of the goal posts that the MSM is pulling on them.
> Trump conspired with Russia, his election is illegitimate, and he won't last through 2017
> What we actually meant was his lawyer committed a technical campaign finance violation. Whatever, click the article dumbass.
>Actually being this bootyblasted
It's almost over Cletus, now rest up, you need your energy for tomorrow, your sister isnt gonna fuck herself
