1)Were all souls created at the beginning of time? If so, there must be more ancient souls than there will ever be concurrent living sentient beings.
Do these massive amounts of souls have to take their turn? If so, why do some people claim multiple past lives? Surely there must be souls that have never been incarnated waiting a turn and yet these other souls have had several goes already.

2)If the "near infinite, old as the universe" soul model above isn't correct, does that mean souls originate at birth and then can be reincarnated in later lives? If so, when a baby is born, what decides if it gets a 'fresh' soul or a soul from a previous person.

I have not included the possibility of animal/object/non-sentient beings souls existing. This is on purpose, it doesn't explain the above and just opens up more problems.
